Dr Aronov and his staff were fantastic caring and professional put me at ease Have no problem in recommending Dr Lancers clinic the surgery went really well, was everything they said it would be and more. Recovered really quickly. So happy with my experience.

Loved every minute with Dr Lanzer and his beautiful team! They were knowledgeable and caring and made me more comfortable in a drs office than I ever have been before!! Writing this between my tears of disappointment of myself to those that have read the negative comments & are now hesitant to see Dr Lanzer I can honestly say he & his staff are so honest, genuine &extremely caring to me I was nervous & extremely unsure but when I meet him & staff I was so impressed he was straight forward to the point unfortunately Im not suitable for TT at this stage he was kind and could see my eyes watering I didn’t ask any questions I wanted to go not because of any one because I felt I’d wasted his time my only words when I left was thankyou for your time I’ll keep plodding along he advised to come back in 3/4 mths but with ms I doubt I will have the excess weight off have seen a few other Dr else’s where these guys were the first to treat me like a human they listened the girls were amazing thankyou Jordan for giving me the hope to a least see Dr lanzer please don't hesitate to go in they are & Dr lanzer are amazing ok tears again thankyou all so much for your time and honesty.

Lipo on inner and outer thighs, hips, flanks, stomach and back as well as mini tummy tuck. Was booked in for 12pm and arrived very excited but also starving as I wasn't allowed to eat since the night before (could of ate at 6am but chose to sleep in). Unfortunately for me the surgery before mine ran over so I didn't actually get seen and drawn up until about 4-5pm.When I came to after the local anaesthetic wore off, I felt it was so very hard to breathe, I was to hop straight up, get bandaged up by two nurses, put on my compressions and left with my husband. Worst night!! I was in so much pain despite the meds. Couldn't lay down so literally slept sitting up. It was excruciating going back the next morning for the check up. I was white as a ghost and felt like I was dieing. The nurses and Dr Lanzer were so lovely and took great care of me. Felt much better after that. I found the pain for the first 3-4 days to be insane! Luckily I had someone to have my kids for that time cause I could barely move at all. I slept on my couch for first week and a half so I could use the back of it to pull myself up. The pain factor was so much worse then I anticipated it would be (I've had 2 c sections and this was worse because of the lipo I believe). I have low pain tolerance though too. On my 1 week checkup they removed all but 6 staples but drain tubes were to stay in a couple more days. Went back on Wednesday 2 days later and was told I wasn't meant to be showering all this time whilst having drain tubes as there is risk of infection. The nurse at my day after appointment told me I could shower after 24 hours which is also what the paperwork said so I did feel bad to know that wasn't the case. It is now 2 weeks since my op and I'm still tender but feeling much better. My stomach feels like it has bumps and I'm not sure if that's normal or will settle but I have a check up in a couple weeks time so will ask. I'm still wearing my compression garment 24/7.All in all I am very happy with Dr Lanzer and his staff, they all did a great job, my only gripe is I think I should of had a choice to stay the night or leave. It was way too soon for me to wake up from local anaesthetic and walk out their door after the op I had just had. I know it's day surgery only but maybe they should only do them in morning to give enough time to rest after op.

I haven't had any procedures done by Dr lanzer and I don't think I ever would after my experience at his clinic. I personally feel Dr lanzer has no customer service approach. I feel like he's too busy and carried away with being on TV that he doesn't care about his clients I walked in for my appointment with Dr lanzer and on my way in I spotted Dr lanzer surrounded by TV cameras at first I was really excited to see him in person and to hear what he has to say about my case. I was really excited enthusiastic that he might be able to help me on my cosmetic surgery journey. My appointment was for 2PM in the afternoon I waited until about 315 p.m in his office and Dr lanzer stil had not showed up for the appointment. His assistant kept coming in to try and apologize to me and say Dr lanzer will only be a few minutes longer. So I kept waiting around expecting him to show and eventually he was a no show. After an hour and 15 minutes I gave up and left. I guess he was too busy with the cameras to show up and talk to his actual paying customers ...who knows? Maybe he shouldn't have scheduled a consultation when he knew he was going to be surrounded by TV Crew.
