Dr. Caner Kacmaz Clinic

Very professional, high level of trust, very good team supporting him. I had 3 procedures, 1 with him, and 2 other, hair(FUE) and dental done thru his associates. Still in recovery mode. High level of anticipation. Only other suggestion would be to try and opt for hotel nearer to his office which is located near very modern nice downtown corridor.
AC can be an issue due to seasonal optimization.
For me, If I had the option and it did not cost to much more, I would have taken the option to ensure that extra comfort level.

I was VERY nervous about this surgery because i knew that removing implants after 25 years would be very challenging for the doctor and traumatic for me. From the start Ebru really put my mind at rest and meeting Dr Caner on video also helped a lot. I always felt very informed and listened to. It is now five days after surgery and i am still quite sore and tired but this is to be expected because i am 57yrs old and it takes us older ones longer to recover. The hotel we are in is adequate. They have attended to any problems we had. The food is good. We could watch the sunset from our room (no. 144). Emrah was our personal driver who got us to and from hospital and the clinic. He is a very steady and careful driver.
If you have strong antibiotics like me, make sure you bring some probiotics and canesten treatments for thrush as the antibiotics kill all the good bacteria too. I got thrush again, first time in 20yrs! I bought an extra sports bra too as having just the one means it got a bit smelly. I could not have done this without my husband. He helped me a lot in hospital. Zaynap was the best nurse there.
We made sure we walked to the restaurants once we were discharged from hospital (two nights) and then we rested in the afternoon. We stayed in Turkey for nine days altogether because i knew i would need this amount of rest.

I have always hated my breasts, i am confident in my personality but this part of my body you cant change with exercise/lifestyle. I have wanted the surgery for years but was a bit nervous, especislly about the scarring. I finally decided to go for it.
The whole experience has been above what I expected. I was in communication beforehand with the team and from the moment I landed in Turkey I was looked after. I didn't have to think about or organise anything. The doctor answered all my questions and concerns and was really realistic about the outcomes which I loved. I really trusted him and felt safe in his care, under anesthetic, which is a big fear of mine.
It's scary going to another country for surgery but there was nothing to be scared of at all.
The Doctor and whole team.including nurses at hospital, Emrah, Melanie, Ebru were amazing. I felt completely safe at all times. They even helped me carry water and supplies from the supermarket and dropped off another bra for me.
I'm honestly so so happy. I'm 3 and a half weeks post surgery, here is my before and after. I'll post pictures with scars showing next week.
The scars are so much less noticeable than I anticipated and I have been sent back to the UK with scar cream I can start using from next week in part of my very clear, understandable aftercare.
I also will send pictures for review by the Dr then and I feel confident in the aftercare

I wanted to get a breast lift with implant surgery, after the sagging I experienced post child birth.

I used the real self app to help me navigate through trusted clinics and surgeons who had great reviews and visual images of their work.

After a few online consultations, I decided to go with Dr Caner Kacmaz. His work looked really good and the price was perfect. I come from the UK and Had originally been consulted by a UK surgeon but I just didn't see what I was looking for in his work, so began making considerations for surgery abroad.

Communication from the start, filled me with confidence. It is very daunting trying to book surgery abroad when you have no real understanding of the language or even what you really want from the surgery. I was able to speak with Melanie who speaks perfect English and was available literally 24/7 before and after the surgery.

I was provided with a pre-op countdown of things that I should be doing leading up to the surgery; getting my body healthy, avoiding alcohol and smoking, preparing my suit case and types of clothing to bring. This helped a lot as an inexperienced candidate.

On arrival to Istanbul, my transfer was arranged and I was taken to the beautiful hotel the Clinic had booked for me. The transfer then took me to my first face to face consultation. Again, communication was fantastic, I was able to ask questions and get the surgeons professional opinion on things. We discussed the size and the look I wanted to achieve and I showed the Dr pictures of how I would like to look. He was very honest with me about my expectations and gave me further info to help me make an informed decision. The Dr explained he would use 2 options and pick the most appropriate one at the time of the surgery (I had 325cc implants put in as they were the best feel on the day). The clinic itself was stunning, clean and very luxury looking, adding to the feel of confidence in the whole process. We were given food and drinks whilst at the clinic which was really nice.

On the day of the surgery, I was picked up (again all perfect communication) and taken to the hospital to check in and start blood tests and scans. I was met by Melanie who was fantastic at getting me checked-in and comfortable in my room where I would stay the night. Everything was explained perfectly; what to expect, what would be normal and not normal, how to contact her etc. She provided us with Wi-Fi and was available right after the surgery and by phone throughout the night. The surgery was very quick and smooth sailing - Dr Caner Kacmaz was lovely. He drew all of the markings and was able to improve my procedure by operating though the nipple, removing the need for a vertical scar. I was over the moon about this fantastic news! I believe because of this my healing process will be alot quicker and I only required one nights stay in hospital. Dr Caner Kacmaz came to see me as soon as I woke up to see how I was and explained we would meet again in a few days for post-op check ups.

The hospital staff were lovely and checked on me regularly. The food was surprisingly decent and I enjoyed the stay and care provided there. I was given my medications; painkillers and antibiotics along with a nipple ointment. They also provided the support bra. Every detail was explained again and reiterated to me.

I returned to the Clinic 3 days later and had my plasters changed and incisions cleaned. They looked fantastic and I could see even Dr Caner was impressed with his own work.

At the 3 day mark I was feeling more able to move more naturally, as I had been feeling a little robotic which is to be expected. I have continued to feel better each day and I am going home tomorrow completely satisfied with my experience. I absolutely love Melanie and Dr Caner Kacmaz and all of the people who were involved and contributed. They were all so lovely, happy, smiley, positive and generally I sensed a good energy about all of them.

I can not recommend Dr Caner Kacmaz and his staff team enough! Gold star services! They are extremely well knowledged, great at communicating, great English speaking, friendly, cheerful and professional. Melanie even helped us with identifying things to do in Istanbul, so our trip was more than just a surgical visit.

You receive your certificate for your surgery so keep this safe. If I ever needed to get my breasts done again in the future, I would definitely be returning to the amazing Dr Caner Kacmaz!
