Horrible Customer Service Experience
I have been a loyal customer and go to Devenir Aesthetics every 3 to 4 months for treatments. For my birthday, I received a promotion stating (screenshot attached) "The staff at Devenir Aesthetics want to celebrate your birthday with 15% discount on all services (excluding cosmetic surgery) during your birthday month." Carol Parker cauterized a large hole into my face with a misused YaG laser. Then, she actively prevented me from getting medical care by trying to send me to doctors who were not her supervisors.
