I had a great experience at Skinpossible Laser & Light Solutions. The front staff are welcoming and professional. The clinic is clean and beatiful. My treatment was done by Amber a CoolSculpting Master. She answered all my questions and explained every step of the procedure. Once the machine is attached there is a cold sensation and the numbing begins. This part of the procedure was not uncomfortable at all for me. I could watch a movie, eat snack, drink water and relax. I did find the 2 minute massage uncomfortable, however CoolSculpting will be an individual experience. I loved Amber and I would recommend this clinic.

I saw Angela today at the SE location in Calgary. The facility was beautiful and clean and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Angela was so amazing and talked me through the procedure telling me what I can expect from the Botox and post care instructions. I will definitely come back to this location when needed.

I was looking to h some filler done in my lips to even put some symmetry issues that I have, I was also one thing to smooth out my marionette lines and net a little bit of under eye issues, Angela explained absolutely everything and answered all of my questions, she made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole procedure. She is literally a master at her craft! I could not be more thrilled with my results as I was going for a supernatural luck, and I will definitely be recommending her to any, and everyone I know! I have been coming to skinpossible for 3 years now but after losing weight from my pregnancy, I had stubborn fat around my C-section scar that I couldn't get rid of with excersize so I inquired about coolsculpting. I saw Amber for my treatment and not only was she kind and gentle, what I really loved was how informative she was. I always ask a ton of questions and sometimes feel bad about it. But Amber loved talking about the science behind coolsculpting and all the previous tests that have been done in the past etc. Her 2 min massage at the end of each of my treatments was very very thorough which I really appreciated, no matter how uncomfortable it was. I feel confident I'm going to have great results and it's all thanks to Amber and her skill and attention to detail. I cant say enough good things. Amber is worth the money!!!

Finally took action to deal with my double chin (the joys of menopause weight gain!!). I had my first of two planned treatments Nov 3, 2022. For the chin it takes two applications, one on either side of the jaw bone, in order to get the full coverage of both sides of the chin and not leave me with a more pronounced jowl line...Each treatment was 45 minutes during which I was able to watch a fun Netflix movie and just veg. The actual treatment was not uncomfortable except for the final two minute "massage" aka chin beating. Over the past 5 days my chin has felt bruised but no visible external signs. I am looking forward to seeing how much reduction I will actually obtain as this part is supposed to take a number of weeks before the "reveal". Fingers crossed! What I can say right now though is the staff were wonderful and Amber was amazing
