I am very happy with the cosmetic surgery experience I had at Cruise Plastic Surgery. I am sure the technical part of surgery is a science, but what impressed me most about Dr. Cruise was the artistic touch. Instead of “me telling him” what procedure I wanted, and me asking how much does it cost?, he looked at me holistically, and gave me a candid recommendation of which procedures he felt would make the most dramatic improvement, would look age and gender appropriate, and would not make me look “done” (as in: like I obviously had beauty work done). The staff at Cruise Plastic Surgery is very friendly and courteous to everyone, I found the prices to be competitive and the facility has the look and feel of a five star resort. My patient coordinator, Cristin, was great! And stayed involved with me throughout the entire lifecycle, and project managed all the prerequisites and pre-op tasks that needed to be dealt with. There is a pharmacy and urgent care clinic in the same complex, so it was a trivial effort to get all the preliminaries dealt with. It took me less than an hour to walk next store and get all the medical prerequisites done. If I had used my insurance and gone elsewhere, it would have been a lot of red tape and appointments at multiple facilities. I also opted for an overnight nurse which I highly highly recommend. Kathryn was great and did all my thinking for me for me into the next day. I also did the hotel, which cost a bit more than discussed, but it actually was a luxury resort. (Not that could do any golfing or swimming during my stay :) My post-op nurse, Jessica, was extremely knowledgeable, and was able to answer a lot of the questions I had, so that by the time I saw Dr. Cruise, he could concentrate on examining my face. My recovery went well. I am happy with the results. I had a minor complication with one of my eyes, and Dr. Cruise had me come in Saturday, and performed minor surgery, on the spot, half an hour before he was scheduled to go on vacation. I would recommend Cruise Plastic Surgery to anyone considering cosmetic surgery - I believe we are not objective when evaluating our own faces and bodies. We need a skilled artist, as well as a competent surgeon, when it comes to deciding what, and how many procedures are appropriate.
