Thank you for the question and photos. You appear to be a great candidate for a breast lift/ small reduction to achieve perky breasts with a vertical type lift with no scar underneath the breasts. I stopped performing the anchor scar many years ago as they flatten the breasts and keep them wide without adding to the perkiness of the breasts. The technique I perform is the vertical mastopexy (lollipop lift) type scar. It narrows the breast base and keeps the volume in the top and cleavage parts of your breasts where you want it.
Please visit a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in breast surgery with minimal scarring.
Best of luck!

Thank you for the question and photo. This area is best treated with liposuction. Like others areas of liposuction, the recovery is usually a few days of swelling and bruising.
It’s best to see a board certified plastic surgeon in person to examine you and better evaluate you.
All the best,

Thank you for the question. I use stitches to close the lateral pocket but only after I change the implant pocket to above the muscle. The reason for the lateral displacement is the continued contraction of the Pectoralis muscle pushing the implant down and to the side where there is no muscle.
I have had success with this technique without the use of unnecessary mesh.
Hope that helps.
All the best,

Thank you for the question and photos. You appear to be a good candidate for a vertical breast lift ( lollipop incision) to minimize the scars and give you a natural look.
This technique should elevate your nipple position and make your breasts perkier and more symmetrical.
A detailed discussion with your surgeon during a consultation is required to help you achieve your goals.
You can also see more photos in the office.
Best of luck!
