hen I called, Dr Ajaka was really booked out and when I had a consultation with him, I now see why. He's very kind and knowledgeable about the entire procedure and never hesitated in sharing it with his patients.

I had been following Dr Waelchli for some years and have always loved his approach to cosmetic work, and I know many of my friends agree and love him too. I have always given him much respect for his "less is more" approach. Especially in today society where there are so many people looking completely over the top. From start to finish, I was informed, listened to and looked after. I’m day 9 out of male BBL surgery and I love the results so far. The doctors listened to me, and gave me exactly what I wanted. I’ve interacted with perhaps 10-15 different staff members through my consultation, booking, payment, photographs, surgery, post-surgery massages — and all have been kind and very helpful. I suffered some very minor post-surgery complications, and the nurses were exceptionally quick to help out. Updated on 27 Jun 2021: Swelling has gone down, soreness has subsided and my drains are out. I’m feeling much more human again and able to sleep easier. My skin is becoming super itchy, but hyaluronic acid and Cetaphil moisturiser have been a lifesaver.

Friendly and amazing staff. In the clinic, each room is beautiful. The hospital as well. Dr Waelchli is amazing and talks you through the procedure, risks and results to expect very thoroughly. I personally had a liposuction procedure to neck done here and didn't feel a thing. Dr Waelchli made me feel really comfortable. I difinitely recommend Dr Waelchli, he does wonders!

I had my BBL at the start of February this year. Having had one previously with a different doctor 3 years ago and not having the greatest experience, I was a little nervous. After my first consult with Dr Ajaka, i had absolutely no doubts that Cosmos was were I was going to do my second BBL. I was given such a thorough and informative consult, I felt so confident that he understood exactly what I wanted to achieve. My surgery date came around so quickly, I was so excited to have the procedure done! On the day I arrived at their beautiful private clinic, which is for Cosmos patients only. I arrived in the morning and was greeted by the lovely reception staff. I was taken through and assigned to nurse Joy, who would look after me for the pre op and post op - she is so amazing and so kind. Next Dr Ajaka came in and marked me up for surgery, he made me feel so comfortable and confident to head into the operating theatre. I met Dr Waelchli before my operation also, he had the same supportive and kind manner. Next thing I knew I was awake and on my stomach, the procedure was done! I personally had a great recovery. I wasn’t in any pain and I really just slept as much as I could. I was as mobile as possible to prevent any complications and never missed a massage. Any questions or concerns I had were attended to immediately. I felt to supported and cared for by all of the team at Cosmos Double Bay. I’m now fully recovered, sitting, being social and working out again. My body looks so amazing and all my clothes look better than I could have imagined. This surgery was such a big step for me abs I’m so grateful that I did it with Cosmos Double Bay. If you are thinking of doing this procedure, it is absolutely worth it and you will not be disappointed with Cosmos!
