Cosmetocity - Account Suspended

My review of Cosmetocity, in Antalya following a tummy tuck and liposuction:

I contacted Cosmetocity and within two to three hours, I received a message from Cihan on WhatsApp. I was so impressed with the quick response. I told Cihan what I intended on getting done and he asked for a photo of my stomach. I was nervous when asked to do so but he made me feel very comfortable and was very professional. He showed complete respect for my feelings and then send me a detailed plan made for me. This included lots of information about my surgery, surgeon and hotel etc. This helped with any queries I had. And believe me I was always asking questions.

When I had decided to book my flights I send confirmations to Cihan and he provided me with when my surgery was due. He had made preparations for me to be picked up from the airport by his team. At the airport, I was greeted by a Cosmetocity team. There was a nurse called Fatima Nur, who was very kind and caring. I was also accompanied by Cihans company partner named Mert who had a beautiful nature and was extremely caring. Another colleague was named Furkan, he always made me laugh and was a charming driver.

There are two partners in this company, Cihan and Mert. Cihan will usually be the first person who you speak to as he handles all correspondence via WhatsApp. You will meet Mert when arriving in Antalya. If Cihan cannot accompany you to your checkups Mert will always be there for you. He will drive you wherever you want and has a caring nature. He is incredibly intelligent and had years if nursing experience. If I was feeling down he would always know how to cheer me up. He would always ask me if I was okay and if I needed anything. He is so compassionate and always made me feel special. 

I was impressed by the VIP transport and the kindness shown to me within the few minutes of my arrival. They took my luggage an make me feel at ease on our way to the hotel. We connected instantly and all my worries and anxieties had gone whilst I was in their company. We arrived at a beautiful hotel. I was checked in by Mert and was given a pass to my room. I was then offered food but I was too tired so went to bed.

The following day I went downstairs to have some breakfast and checked out the hotel. I have to mention the staff at the hotel work constantly to make you feel comfortable. They are always smiling and asking to top up drinks etc. The food was like artwork it was so beautiful and delicious. I felt so pampered. I was a woman travelling alone but I felt so safe. They had incredibley tight security which helped you feel 100% relaxed. I had two days to myself before surgery so I went for a swim and spa experience, the facilities are really good i found that there was lots to do.

Later on Cihan and his team came to pick me up. I was taken to the clinic to take a blood test and a health check. Where I filled consent forms and had a covid test. Then I met my surgeon for the first time. As soon as I met him I knew I made the right choice in choosing him as my surgeon. He has this amazing mysterious aura about him. I felt so humbled in his presence. He had a look at my stomach and back and explained what it was he was going to do. You can see his mind working, he knew exactly what he was going to do and was confident that I would be really pleased with the results. I had put my trust in him with no hesitation. 

One day before my surgery Fatima Nur offered to take me shopping and a coffee. Mert picked me up from the hotel and took us to the shopping centre. This was great as I was able to build a relationship with my nurse. We shopped, gossiped and had coffee. It was not part of the plan and was very unexpected. The team always put me first and went out their way to make me happy. The following day I went to see the surgeon again. He did some markings on my body. He was a total perfectionist and professional.

So the big day arrived! I was told not to have breakfast and Fatima Nur Mert and Cihan picked up 

And took me to the hospital. I was admitted and given a gown. We waited for the surgeon and Mert Cihan and Fatima Nur made me feel comfortable and assured me everything was going to be fine. I was given a spacious hospital room with ensuite. It was very clean and smelt so fresh. The hospital staff were very welcoming and reassuring. 

I vaguely remember my surgeon looking at me with a beautiful reassuring smile. The next thing I know the surgery was completed and I was back in the hospital room. Fatima Nur tried waking me up and I was asleep for about 2-3 hours. She was so kind and stayed the whole night with me. My surgery was alot bigger than expected as I had alot of body fat. Considering the fact my tummy tuck was all across my stomach and back, I couldn't believe I had woken up with no pain. I found this so incredibly. The nurses were constantly checking up on me and providing me with any medication etc that I needed. 3-4 hours after surgery Fatima Nur asked me whether I was up for taking a walk. To my surprise I always jumped out of bed. We walked a few stepped and Fatima was holding my hand and was so proud of my progress. 

Although you could eat from the hospital, Mert and Furkan brought me a special chicken soup. I was told Cihan always recommends this soup as its very strengthen heeling and delicious. 

The following morning, Mert and Furkan came to visit me. It was so great to see them they always lifted my spirits and always made me laugh. I mentioned to Fatima Nur that my throat was sore and Mert and Furkan got me honey for my throat. The surgeon checked my progress and was happy with my recovery and gave me permission to go back to the hotel. I had two drainage pipes attached to me to keep an eye on blood loss. After 2 days I went back to see the surgeon as he wanted to check my stitches. He was so gentle and kind. He was very happy with what he saw. I forgot to mention after surgery I was given a corset to wear to help support my back and stomach it was advised to keep this on for one month. One day before my departure so the surgeon could remove the drainage pipes and some stitches. I was told the rest of the stitches would desolve by themselves. He had some coffee made for me and we spoke. He asked how I was feeling and if I was happy with my new look. Its not easy explaining to a surgeon the impact he had on my life without getting emotional. 

This journey in my life was one of the most amazing experiences. I loved it so much that not only did I extend my flight once but twice! From the moment I arrived in and antalya to the moment I left, it was like a dream. I put my life in the trust in the hands of the surgeon, Cihan and the team. The love and passion that came across, I cannot put into words without shedding a tear. I don't see them as a team but like my new Turkish family. They were so amazing I don't know whether my surgeon knows how amazing he is. He seemed so down to earth and humble. The work he did on my body I still cannot believe its my body. He helped me find me again. I thank God every day that he was my surgeon. I really truly believe from my own experience, he is the best. 

When I thought things couldn't get any better, Cihan messaged me and told me they arranged for me to have a facial done, my teeth polished and cleaned for free!!!!! I had such an amazing and pampering day. To top it off, the team took me out for a fancy meal, all courtesy of Cosmetocity. Cihan was my first contact and he is one of the loveliest and kindest men I have ever met. Equally his partners Mert, Furkan and Fatima Nur. They took good care of me and were the most beautiful people I've met. Sometimes they made me laugh so much I forgot I had stitches, it was like a holiday. Everything was so perfect, the surgeon the hotel the team. Sitting by the sea was so therapeutic, I could go on. Whilst searching other companies, I never came across anyone who received the same golden treatment as me from Cosmetocity. Their service was of the highest standard, I have so much love for them. They helped me make my journey extra special beyond my imagination. It was beyond 5 star. I thank you so much for everything you've done for me and how you have changed my life.
