DHI circa 2300 grafts to increase density after first transplant
I visited Cosmeticium (known also as Medaway) for my second hair transplant to increase density via DHI after my first transplant in Istanbul with Maral Hair klinik in early 2017. I chose DHI as the team do not need to shave your whole head (only the donor area) and DHI is much less traumatic on the scalp as there is no need to open channels (holes) in your scalp prior to placing the grafts of hair. Instead a CHOI pen is used to implant the graft and is much better aesthetically
