Kristi began her career in the cosmetic industry over 14 years ago. After completing school at Virginia College, she worked in internal medicine as a medical assistant and found she had a desire in helping patients with their skin issues. After moving from Birmingham, Alabama to Nashville, she started working in the clinical part of dermatology and quickly moved into the cosmetic side of the business. Kristi has worked under several well-known dermatologist in the area and has also worked in many aspects of the industry such as medical assistant, receptionist, laser treatment provider, cosmetic consultant, and medical spa manager. Watching and monitoring the transformation of a client’s skin during the treatment process is one of the things she enjoys most about the cosmetic beauty industry. Kristi has a strong focus on customer service and strives to provide each client with an enjoyable and relaxing experience while making sure their skincare needs are met.

Annette been a registered nurse for almost 30 years and has worked in various hospital settings. She enjoys bedside nursing but also enjoys working in a more creative field. Dermal injections with neuro-modulators and dermal fillers was the direction she chose. She has been involved in medical aesthetics for about 10 years now. The field has evolved tremendously since she started. Annette keeps current with new techniques and procedures through our network of representatives who are constantly training with new products. Helping people to feel better about their appearance is very gratifying for her. She especially enjoys performing procedures with hyaluronic fillers for cheek and lip augmentation and works with clients to achieve the look they desire.

Amy Lynne Bitely obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Cumberland University. Committed to make a difference in health care, Amy graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with her Master of Science in Nursing while working full-time in emergency medicine. She possesses her Family Nurse Practitioner board certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Amy believes in staying current on the latest research and guidelines in order to actively engage her patients in reaching their health care and beauty goals. As a dedicated mother, Amy devotes her time to supporting her award-winning daughter, Nevaeh, in national dance competitions throughout the country.

Jamie Rucks is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her MSN degree from Tennessee State University in 2011. Jamie decided to combine her passion for medicine and aesthetics in 2013 and began her career in Franklin, TN. She loves educating clients on healthy lifestyle changes and seeing the difference that weight loss makes on her client’s overall health. Jamie is also certified in all laser services offered at the facility and is a member of the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine. Jamie is trained in Advanced Laser Aesthetic Treatments such as CO2 resurfacing, Laser Scar improvement, and J-plasma resurfacing. She is very excited to offer the FemiLift Laser procedure, which gives women an alternative to surgery. Jamie enjoys hearing the client’s enthusiasm about results, which range from control over stress incontinence to improved sexual experience. Jamie is also an advanced injector of neurotoxins, dermal fillers.

Erin is a Registered Nurse & Medical Aesthetician. She has always been intrigued by beauty and has a passion for learning the art and science behind it. She strives to always expand her knowledge, enhance her skill set, and hone her artistic ability. After graduating from Middle Tennessee State University with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2011, Erin traveled to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida to become certified by the Esthetic Skin Institute in The Art and Science of Botox and The Art of Dermal Fillers. She enjoyed her training so much, she decided to further her education and went on to acquire her Esthetics Certification from Empire Beauty School in 2012. Erin attends seminars and specialized training classes regularly to stay current on the newest products and Medical skincare treatments. Her goal is to help give each of her guests confidence by enhancing their natural beauty with neurotoxin, dermal fillers, and a skincare regimen fashioned for them.

Jessica Powers is a laser technician that has been with the company since its start in January of 2012. Jessica loves her job and her clients. She has the privilege of performing many different laser procedures throughout her day, each one changing someone’s life in a positive way. Jessica’s favorite procedure to perform is the laser photofacial. She loves being able to rewind years of sun damage and sun spots using a combination of medical grade skincare, and a laser procedure. She enjoys watching her client’s confidence grow with each treatment they receive and seeing them fall in love with their skin again. Recently, Jessica has moved into an administration position where she is still in the day to day operations of the company. She enjoys getting to see her past clients and occasionally you will find her with a laser in her hand. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family.

Karissa McCrary is an Aesthetician graduating from Georgia Career Institute in February 2016. She had worked in the Plastic Surgery industry for 2 1/2 years before taking on her role here in Cool Springs. She joined the Aesthetic Industry because she loves to make people look good and feel better about themselves. Through each treatment, she strives to give her clients the results they are seeking, while promoting relaxation. From micro-needling, chemical peels, silk peels, and many other services we provide, she takes pride in each treatment she performs, while customizing each one. She loves connecting with her patients, establishing trust and educating her clients on the correct skin care regimen and how to maintain healthy skin. When her guest starts to see results, gaining back confidence and love their skin that makes her so happy. Karissa believes that investing in your skin is a benefit that will last a lifetime.

Ashley is 34 years old and she has been an aesthetician for 15 years. Ashley has been working in medical aesthetics for the past 6 years. As a skincare professional who helps clients improve and maintain healthy skin, she has a passion for making her clients look great and feel good about themselves. She has great one-on-one communication skills and stands out as a strong, and outgoing employee. Ashley’s strongest quality is the ability to analyze her client’s skin and recommend the best and most appropriate medical grade skincare regimen for them. Ashley is an asset to her office, has excellent customer service skills, and performs top notch services on all of her clients.

In late 2011 Matthew saw a need in the Middle Tennessee area for a Medical Weight Loss and Hormone Replacement Therapy Clinic with affordable pricing. In January 2012, He opened the doors to his first clinic. To date, the clinic has treated over 10,000 weight loss cases and 3,000 HRT cases with great success. The clinic’s treatment protocols were so successful that clients started asking for cosmetic services to complete their new look. In Early 2013, he added his first laser to the clinic and started offering Botox and Cosmetic Fillers. Today he has 3 independent Brands and a staff of 32 industry professionals who have successfully performed over 50,000 Laser/Aesthetic treatments and procedures. Most days you will find him inside one of the Clinics performing treatments, talking with patients, and helping staff members. He has dedicated his life and work to be a leader and innovator in Medical Aesthetics and Anti-Aging industry. He is also an advisory board member for AMSPA.
