I had cooltone done on my stomach, buttocks, and thighs with ZERO results. Thankfully I took my own before and after photos as the ones cool renewal sent to me were very misleading. After my first session, they took photos of me flexing and not flexing. The following 2 sessions, they never asked for me to flex for photos. When they showed me their before and after they looked complexly different than the ones I personally took. When I brought this to their attention, they left a VM (which I still have) saying they “made a mistake” and accidentally sent me the first “before” photo (not flexing) and used the flexing photo (remember this was only on my first visit) as my “after” photo. There was ZERO change in any of the areas I had done. What I found very interesting as each of the employees that said they too had done the procedure said they haven’t seen any changes. I also felt like their Guinea pig each session as they said “they were still learning” on how to place the equipment, etc. Each session they placed it differently than prior sessions. No results and wasted $3k. When I finally Spoke with the owner, Brad, he was extremely defensive. He said the only thing he could do was credit me $500. It’s been several months and I still haven’t received the credit. Please, please be cautious of this business as they definitely manipulated the before and after pictures and again, there were NO results.
