Booked my neck lift lower face lift I took fat transfer surgery for the beginning of October. So excited and ready. 62 have lost the bottom of 140 pounds between age and the weight loss. My face is just sagging. I don’t want anything extreme. Just want to look like me and I think Dr. Garcia will be able to get that back to me. had my consultation, nice office, very attentive patient consultant and the doctor were both very open and informative and made me feel totally at ease. Updated on 23 Aug 2025: These were hard to look at I knew what I look like in the mirror but to see myself up close. Pre-surgerypictures are not the most flattering. Little over a month to surgery excited nervous. I looked at my initial post and saw it didn’t make much sense so I’m having a lower face lift and neck lift as well as an eye duct fat transfer to my cheeks to replace the lost volume Updated on 14 Oct 2025: Dr Garcia and staff have been great. Surgery was about 2.5 hours I was told later. I woke up was driven to a local hotel by the nurse that was going to stay with me and care for me. She made sure I had my food my meds and was comfortable. The wrapping around the neck got a little tight and she helped me by cutting some of it away. That's when I got a peek at my results. I was hella bruised but that was expected, but I could see the difference right away Updated on 14 Oct 2025: Dr Garcia has an app that tells you when to clean your incisions take your meds, do your hot and cold compresses. It made it easy to keep up with my recovery since after the first day I only had myself and a family member. These pics are from earlier this week and today. I feel much better than I look. I have always had terrible bruising, so this looks wow. Updated on 14 Oct 2025: I don't normally take good pics, can't seem to keep my eyes open but these are wow. But that flappy thing hanging off my neck is gone Hoping by next week the bruising and swelling are at least 80% gone as I have to be at work, and my makeup skills are not the best.
Dr. Garcia and his team are amazing! Dr. Garcia is very skilled at what he does. This process was scary but I felt supported and informed during the entire process! I would recommend Dr. Garcia and the team to anyone that I speak to. I am looking forward to the 6 month mark!
Dr. Garcia and his entire staff were absolutely wonderful. I felt comfortable and taken care of from the moment of my surgery and well into the healing process. I had a Brow lift, lower Bleph, mini lift and neck lift. I am at almost a month pre op and the entire experience was nothing like I imagined. Minimal pain and my results are exactly what I had wanted.

Everyone was very professional and helpful! What a wonderful practice! Dr. Garcia did an amazing job and I am overjoyed with the results. He was available for my questions and I really appreciated that! Colleen was my caregiver and she was very good - telling me what to expect and serving me well.
