Thank you for the question and this is a very common concern among many patients. The risks from general anaesthetics are usually very low these days especially if you are in good health. For implant removal and an uplift we would usually recommend a general anaesthetic since this can be a long procedure. If any capsule work is required during the removal then a general anaesthetic is again preferred to reduce pain or discomfort.
Thanks for posting the photos and question. Unfortunately the earlobe has been stretched significantly and as you can see there is a lot of loose skin. There is no way of shrinking this enough to restore the shape of the earlobe. You will need to have a surgical procedure to reconstruct the earlobe as we will need to remove some of the skin as well.
The price from earlobe repair will depend on a number of factors such as amount of stretching and location of clinic. The cost should include the procedure fee and follow up. You may need to pay an initial consultation as well. We generally charge £100 consultation fee and repair prices are from £695 at the moment.
Thanks for posting this question and your photos. We always ask what your expectations are from the surgery. If you would like the breast to sit higher and nipple position higher then you will need to consider an uplift. It is unlikely you will achieve this with just a breast implant. You may wish to consider an augmentation mastopexy procedure.
