Real self really helped me with my journey, so I wanted to give back. Thanks to all the people who wrote about theyre journey. I got educated and prepared well. Things just one dr. cant elaborate on totell you. Its like a collection of all dr's recommendations. Surgery Went well. 3hrs. You won't remember a dag gone thing after the surgeon marks you up.
Very very sleepy afterwards. Throat was hurting bad from when will intubate you for oxygen. Have some hot beverages and Popsicles and apple sauce,Jello for this. Because eating will hurt. This is a good time to get yourself a regimen in place. Pills.where you gonna be Because they're medicine is still in you. Start taking prescribed medicine as well that day. To prepare for dooms day. The next day. The true day.1. All hospital meds have worn off. Back is in terrible pain from leaning over. Prop legs. Do the breathing treatment every hour. They gave me a inhaler thingy to inhale in for lungs from the anesthesia. Or just inhale thru nose 3 seconds exhale slowly out of mouth.

Things are going good. I had a drainless tummy tuck. I put the sponge under my wrap. But before all that I wear a tank top inside out so there are no seams touching my skin for marks. I was very happy with these pics.

Im very Happy with results so far. I'm hunched over but overall it's not to bad. Trying not to cough or sneeze. I like that my incision is low. Definitely a cane or one of those walkers are nice to have. Back pain is tough.

Sadly I was allergic to the glue used on my drainless tummy tuck. I'm skin sensitive so of course it would be me. He was happy the glue kept his stitches together but saddened about the rash. His nurse was great caring for me before my appointment so I was already on special cream and steroids and antibiotics for all around safe measures. Peel the glue off if it happens to you. It will haelp heal faster to get it of. It will be shiny. I used tweezers. Pics aren't so pretty this time. I'm still hunched over and trying to massage my belly. Watched a couple you tube videos on lymphatic massages on your own. Make sure to fully cover your belly b4 putting heating pad because I have no feeling in my lower half and my shirt rose up and the heating pad was burning my skin and left a blister. I can't win for losing. So I'm laying off the heating pad and only massaging alittle after a shower.

Trying to show a timeline of my pics alittle better. Still sore. Finally got a stage 1 faja that fit. I'm a 2xl. Xl was way to tight it hurt. I put the abdominal board in. It's ok on comfort but have to take it off when laying. It hurts my breast bone. I've been doing massages when I get out of shower. I heard that to touch your body is better than not, so until my blister heals, no heating pads for me. I feel so horrible about that.

Juven is expensive so it must work. Bought a vox of 30 for around $75. Highly recommended. Another thing was great for me was my portable pee pouch. When I have my faja on and I don't want any pee stains, so It fits perfectly while standing over commode and I actually used it the day of surgery because it hurt to sit so I was able to pee standing up. Absolutely a must. I love it.

So just wanna say the Merena surgical faja line is so great. So comfortable stage 1 and stage 2 faja, I am HIGHLY pleased. They recommend 2. Definitely I recommend a merena for one of them in both stages. I'm tall and the size was great. Soft yet firm compression. Not recognizable under clothes.

Post op 1 week. Very happy with the scar. Would definitely do it again. Felt safe at the surgery center. Don't remember the surgery at all. I read one review that she was alittle bit awake. Very disturbing. I couldn't imagine being awake. The tummy tuck makes you have more hips and butt. No need for a bbl in my opinion.
