I did 6 cycles on the front of my abdomen and 2 on my back

So far I have done 2 sessions of coolsculpting (16 cycles, 8 per visit) at Dr. Chris Jones' office with one of his RNs. I did 6 cycles on the front of my abdomen and 2 on my back, making 8 cycles. I was told that 8 was the max I could do in one sitting. So far I am amazed with my results and cannot wait to see the final result in November. The first session was a breeze, minimal discomfort...
