CLAIM YOUR PROFILESo far I have done 2 sessions of coolsculpting (16 cycles, 8 per visit) at Dr. Chris Jones' office with one of his RNs. I did 6 cycles on the front of my abdomen and 2 on my back, making 8 cycles. I was told that 8 was the max I could do in one sitting. So far I am amazed with my results and cannot wait to see the final result in November. The first session was a breeze, minimal discomfort for the first 7 or so minutes of each application of the coolsculpting machine. The second session was significantly more painful, lasting for about 25 minutes of each application of the coolsculpting machine. I was told this was pretty typical for the second time. I had discomfort that faded to numbness for about 2 weeks post treatment. I am writing this review on 9/3/21, so 1 month post second treatment and I have full sensation back. I would highly recommend coolsculpting to anyone who wants to reduce their fat without undergoing traditional surgical methods.
