ChicMed Laser & Esthetic Center - Waltham

I've had bad cellulite on my thighs and butt since I was in 8th grade (I am now 30 years old) and have tried every cream, product, etc. under the sun without seeing even the slightest improvement. I finally decided to try a legitimate treatment and settled on Velashape 3 after going for a consult at ChicMed. Originally I bought 6 treatments, but I have level 2 cellulite, and knew that I would need more than that. I completed my 6 treatments (once a week for the past 6 weeks), and just had my 7th treatment, and I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the results so far. I don't have my before and after photos yet (I will upload them once I get a hold of them) but I am truly blown away by how smooth my legs and butt look now. My family and friends are also in awe of the transformation. I will continue the treatments as maintenance since unfortunately it doesn't permanently smooth out the cellulite, but I honestly am shocked at how well it has worked so far. I've never been anywhere else for Velashape III so I can't speak on a comparison level, but both owners and the 3 medical estheticians (who did the treatments for me) are incredible and I highly recommend them. They are all very experienced and educated, not to mention extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. For example, you are supposed to drink at least half your body weight in fl oz of water every day for a week before the treatment, and unfortunately I didn't drink enough that week, so when I arrived, my body temperature didn't get hot enough to expect results. The esthetician could have easily done the treatment anyway and not bothered to tell me (since I wouldn't know), but instead, she said that I would be wasting a treatment by going through with it since I wasn't hydrated enough, and instead she rescheduled me, free of charge. I will update my post as I continue the treatments, but just wanted to say that as of now, it has been worth every single penny.
