I did this treatment about a month and a half ago. It worked very well for me. I am a "thin" looking person but I have a big belly like a basketball. I was big enough that I was having problems sleeping and I could not really do things like situps. Another example is my rowing machine. I had to breathe "backwards" when rowing because my big belly was not allowing my lungs to fill up with air. If you get on a rowing machine you will see what I mean. This treatment is a machine that shoots something like microwaves or infrared-generated heat into your skin. I guess what is going on is a person's skin is just a tiny bit tougher than the fat cells underneath. This creates a funny situation where there is a very precise temperature you could make the skin so that the fat cells under it are dying but the skin itself survives. Going through the treatment itself is like having very hot stuff placed on your skin. If you've ever picked up a hot pan out of the oven that was just below the temp that would burn you, that's how it feels. I probably have a low pain threshold but it still worked fine even though he couldn't crank it up to the highest level. If I ever do it again I'll prepare myself better psychologically. I simply signed up as an experiment to see how well it works. The day after the treatment I could feel a little bit of difference. But the really positive effect for me was that it helped me sleep better. I can now sleep on my stomach for the most part, which I could not do before. I can also do sit-ups a little easier, and can row the rowing machine MUCH easier. What's surprising me most is that I didn't "notice" how much compressed fat was in my belly until I did this thing. Now obviously it doesn't get rid of ALL the fat, just the fat by the surface. But it gets rid of that "high pressure" feeling that I had. To me this is one of those things where if you have the money you should do it, and if you don't then don't. I had the money at the time so I gave it a try and I like the results. My feeling is that if they reduced the price by 4 they would get 10 times as many customers and double their profits. In other words the big limiting factor keeping more people from trying it is probably the price. But that is probably controlled by whoever invented this thing. It will not remove all your belly fat. It just kills the top layers, close to the skin. But it does work.
