The reason I gave 1 star for the email/phone call follow up question is because my initial request was through email and I did not receive any follow up. When I called CGT the customer service was phenomenal! I scheduled 2 consultations with 2 places but after my consult with Rebecca at CGT I canceled the other consultation and decided CGT was the place for me! Rebecca came in (on her day off) to do my procedure (thank you) and everything went smoothly. Rebecca's attitude was great and she answered all of my questions. The process was very easy and quick. I brought my ipad to read but decided to watch Netflix (provided by CGT) instead. We scheduled my second procedure for 9 weeks and I cant wait! I am still feeling some numbness in the lower abdomen area but nothing that I cant deal with. The best way to describe the feeling is like Novocaine that is wearing off but you still feel some numbness and tingling. When my procedure was over, I received a nice goodie bag. I will not say what was in it but you will find out if you decide to schedule your Coolsculpting procedure with CGT Aesthetics. Updated on 14 May 2019: My stomach is itchy and a tiny bit numb still. I have not noticed any changes yet but I don't want to be impatient about it. I am expecting to see some results by the next appointment. I have been exercising at least 3 times a week and drinking plenty of water as well.
