CoolMini Neck - 33 Yr old Female

I am 33 years old, with a normal BMI. Genetically I have a little extra under my chin, which has been getting more noticeable in the past couple years. I researched Kybella, Liposuction, and CoolSculpting. I decided on the CoolMini Coolsculpting due to the cost and that it would likely reduce the fat from my chin in 1-2 sessions as opposed to 3 more expensive sessions with Kybella. The technicians used the CoolMini on both sides of my neck/chin so it was two 45 minute blocks the same day. The first 10-15 minutes was very painful, like a suctioning aching. After about 20 minutes it was just uncomfortable because it was more numb. The second side wasn't as bad, probably because it was already partially numb from the overlap. One of the hardest parts is trying to swallow while being strapped into the machine (the pressure of the CoolMini on your neck). After the 45 minutes is up, the technician massages your neck which feels like little needles. Overall the pain was much more than I had anticipated on both the procedure and massage. And I normally have a decent pain tolerance. Post-procedure: It is day 4, my neck is still pretty bruised and numb (mostly on the side they didn't use the gel pad...just the gel). I had to wear a scarf/makeup the first 3 days to cover that side. It also feels a tiny bit swollen, but you can't really tell from looking. No pain.
