Let me start by, this place can be super extremely racist. I am a woman of color and I was treated with little respect the moment I walked through the door. The receptionist is a short haired blond woman who just looks at you and if you get lucky, she will greet you. I am so disappointed with both of my services. As a medical professional I was extremely upset with how I was treated. My first appointment was for 20 units of botox, which half of the product ( Lauren or Laura ) pushed out of the syringe onto the floor trying to get an air bubble out. After speaking to this woman- she said 20 units is too much for me and i didnt even need that much. So she put some in my lip to use whatever product I had left. I saw no results & to be truly honest I am not sure she even put botox in my crows feet, she could have fooled me and used dysport 20 units ) equal to 4-5 units of botox) because she never showed me the product. I went in trusting that I would be dealing with people who are in the medical profession but this is just a money hungry clinic. My second appointment was today for a microdermabrasion. I never had a microdermabrasion that was 23 minutes. I am baffled by the lack of skills and products they used. The aesthetician spend the half time telling me about her current boyfriend and personal life. I am here to relax, I am not your friend that you gossip to , I am a patient at your clinic. She started by wiping my face with water and gauze and then proceeded to start the microdermabrasion. Then she patted my face with Thayers alcohol witch hazel which I can buy from CVS and then put some oil on my face. I have never experienced this in my life and I am in the SKIN industry. Following this, I spoke to the office manager who absolutely did not care, she called the botox lady in to take a look at the work she has done and we went into another exam room. I felt so bullied when Laura or Lauren , whatever her name is, said to me : well you should know how these things work and about the muscles around your eyes, you are a medical student". First of all - I am a medical doctor so I know when something isn't working properly . I do not appreciate being spoken to like I am a child, they did not offer me anything. On top of it all, I was sent away and it was their word over mine. I am disappointed in their service.
