I have only had a consultation so far… which I paid $200 for, I did wait over 30 minutes for my consultation. I drove over 2 hours for this consultation, so waiting over 30 minutes was a little much for me…But I do understand they were busy. The office is very nice and clean. Once Dr Franco came in and saw me with his nurse everything was fine. He took his time and answered all of my questions. He is really nice and funny. I love that I can call the office and an actual person picks up and is able to help me with any questions I need. He also has an app where you can communicate any questions or concerns. I can’t wait until my surgery, it is next year so I will keep y’all updated! I do want to say that I started this process over a year ago… when his consults were free and prices were lower. I had submitted my pictures online and was scheduling my consultation that was ( about 3 months out) and also wanted to put down a deposit to schedule a surgery date as well because I knew I wanted Dr. Franco as my surgeon. I was ready for the surgery and wanted the first available date. During that time his patient care coordinator Christian reviewed my pictures and told me that Dr Franco would not perform the procedure that I wanted (BBL) and would want to do a tummy tuck instead. I did not want a tummy tuck and explained that to her. She said she has worked with Dr Franco for over 6 years and knows what he would recommend. I asked if Dr Franco looked at my pictures yet and she said no, that she would show him the following week on a Tuesday. The wording she used to describe my pictures were kinda harsh- I wasn’t offended, but I know there are better choices of words. She said I looked “pregnant”. So when proceeding to secure a date and put a deposit down, she said she’ll schedule me as a “Tummy Tuck” which she knew I didn’t want that… So I told her let’s just wait until the consultation to see what Dr Franco says…. And she explains to me again that she KNOWS that Dr Franco would recommend a tummy tuck. So I waited for that following week, Tuesday, so he can review the pictures… to see what he recommends. She never got back to me after that week so I cancelled my consultation. I got consults with other doctors and none of them recommended a tummy tuck. My heart has always been set of Dr Franco so I set up another consult with him. And luckily I did because he didn’t recommend a tummy tuck. He said I was a great candidate for a BBL. So if your patient coordinator suggest something that you don’t want… wait for your consult and talk with the doctor. They are not the ones performing the surgery! I learned the hard way.
