I had liposuction with Dr. Daniel Farrugia in Chicago and I went into it honestly terrified. I had read every horror story online about medical emergencies, disfigurement and everything in between and walked into the office feeling like I was having a full-on internal anxiety attack. The staff immediately tried to put me at ease. Everyone was incredibly friendly, understanding about my anxiety, and never made me feel rushed or dismissed. They even let me add on my chin last minute in addition to my abdomen, which was amazing. The procedure itself was… weird, but completely painless. When they injected the numbing fluid, it felt like a waterbed or rippling water under the skin—hard to describe, but not painful at all. The suction part was also totally painless. There wasn’t a single moment where I felt pain, which surprised me the most. It was actually kind of fascinating watching the tube next to me as everything was being removed. Right after the procedure was done, I stood up with no problem, no pain, got into the compression suit, and took a medical uber back to my hotel. That night was the first time I felt anything—a burning sensation. I took the pain meds (they prescribed some strong ones) and that completely knocked me out through the first two days. By day 3, I could feel it, but it wasn’t painful or burning and I was up and walking around just fine. I even flew to Europe on day 4 for work with no issues—just a strange “feeling,” not even really discomfort. It’s hard to explain. The only lingering thing was some numbness in random areas of my abdomen which fully went away after about a month and a half. Overall, the entire experience was way easier than I expected, especially considering how anxious I was going into it. The burning sensation the first two days wasn’t anything extreme but if you take the meds, you can just sleep right through it. 10/10 recommend this doctor!!! I’m including a picture of my chin the day of surgery and two months after surgery. Unfortunately I don’t have any befores of my abdomen.

I truly don’t have enough words to express how grateful I am for Dr. Farrugia. I came to him at only 110 lbs, worried there wouldn’t be enough fat for a successful BBL. So many people doubted that I’d be able to get real, noticeable results — but Dr. Farrugia proved them ALL wrong. Not only did he give me a beautiful, natural-looking shape, but he gave me the body I’ve always dreamed of — and I never thought that would be possible for someone as petite as me. One of the things I was most self-conscious about were my extremely deep hip dips — and when I say deep, I mean severely noticeable. But somehow, he filled them in flawlessly. He sculpted them into smooth, curvy lines that made my silhouette not just proportional, but downright stunning and attractive. I never thought I’d love my side profile this much! He’s not just a surgeon — he’s an artist. Every curve was sculpted with precision and care. I felt seen, heard, and completely safe in his hands from start to finish. His eye for detail, calm confidence, and gentle bedside manner made the entire experience even more comforting. If you’re considering a fat transfer BBL and feel like your size might be a limitation — don’t count yourself out. If anyone can make it happen, it’s Dr. Farrugia. He made a miracle happen for me, and I’ll be forever thankful for his talent and dedication!! :,)

Dr.Farrugia is the best in the game when it comes to surgery and sculpting you to get the body of your dreams. I've been insecure about the fat in my stomach since teenagehood and it didn't matter how hard I worked out, the fat was never disappearing. I felt stuck in the body I had and went to other consultations for liposuction to remove the fat on my stomach but it never felt quite right. When I booked my consultation with Dr. Farrugia he explained everything throughly, told me exactly how he's going to execute it and how snatched I'll be. He delivered above and beyond my expectation and I'm so grateful for the results (even while I'm 3 months post-op), minimal downtime, beautiful office/staff. I can now feel confident in my own body after years of discomfort and insecurity. There's no better doctor than one who cares about you holistically and Dr. Farrugia does that. I can't thank him enough for a better and confident version of myself. Don't look any further than Dr. Farrugia! You won't be disappointed.

I had fat transfer to the breast with the fat being taken from my abdomen, it’s been 3 months and I’m really pleased with the results. After breastfeeding my 3 children my breast were very deflated and this procedure gave them life again. I love that I was awake for the procedure and the recovery wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be, I was fully up and back to almost normal after a couple weeks. It was totally worth it and I received great care from my doctors and nurse.

Dr. Farrugia and the nursing staff were amazing. Walked me through everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. The procedure was straight forward and though it was a bit painful, the preemptive medications really helped. I’m a week post op but feeling good!!!

Amazing results at month 3! My waist is snatched and looking great. No regrets on the procedure, except for maybe opting for j plasma but considering getting that added to my next procedure. Dr. F is amazing, kind and great bedside manner

Dr. Farrugia is an artist! Carved out an amazing snatched waistline! In our consultation he was kind, and honest about expectations. He did not use technical jargon and listened to my beauty goals. Day of procedure he was reassuring and efficient in his technique. I didn’t realize until after the procedure he goes by dr. Snatched on social media, and 1 month into my procedure I can see why, the proof is in the waistline he sculpted!
