A self proclaimed 3000BC product junkie, she has an appreciation for advanced skincare treatments and products that make 3000BC clients look & feel their best. It’s through Jennifer’s expertise in marketing & sales that makes 3000BC achieve it’s success. Jennifer’s outgoing personality, her tenacious drive, and organizational skills give her the ideal skill set to support 3000BC’s game changing team. Michelle is a licensed Esthetician with a degree from Jean Madeline serving the industry for over 20 years bringing a wealth of knowledge with her to 3000BC.She has always been passionate about skin care since her sister took her for her first facial in high school .Michelle loves helping and educating clients to look and feel their best .She believes in the full spa experience; quality skin care treatment , rejuvenation and relaxation.
Leigh-Ann trained in media makeup at the Makeup Designory (M.U.D) in Los Angeles. She has been in the beauty industry since 2002. Leigh-Ann has worked for Bobbi Brown, Smashbox, Lancome, Estee Lauder, Borghese and MAC. She went to Jean Madeline Aveda Institute for esthetics and has been with 3000BC Spa since 2008. Leigh-Ann has received advanced training in SkinMedica and PCA Skin chemical peels. Her favorite treatment here is the Radiance Peel. “I love that 3000BC utilizes the best products and techniques. Her career began 15 years ago in retail sales and customer service management; however, her true talents were realized in her role as Director of Operations of 3000BC WellMed Spa. Her focus on operational efficiencies was integral in the ongoing success of the spa division and those same talents will translate into the success of 3000BC.
