I've had 3 sessions of PRP with Kat. I'm very happy with the result and her professionalism. I have super low pain tolerance (very chicken, LOL). Kat is super patient and kind, she tried to distract me while injecting the PRP. She is knowledgeable & took time to explain skincare and hair products and treatments to me. I really appreciate her kindness. I'm very lucky I found Kat. Highly recommend BioSpa.

Biospa is my place!!! Nurse Karla does an amazing job with my botox and I wanted to try something to help with my uneven pigmentation. Karla suggested the Cool Peel Laser. The treatment was painless and with virtually no downtime. After only two treatments my dark spots are disappearing and my skin looks even and brighter. My husband commented that my skin was "glowing." Thank you Karla....you are a miracle worker!

As a first-time patient, I was a bit nervous about having my treatment at a new office. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with kindness and care. The treatment room was bright, clean, and beautiful. I reclined it in a fluffy white exam chair. Kat reviewed my overall facial features for my age and what she recommended. I chose a package of botox and two different types of Juvederm fillers. Kat numbed the areas to be injected and in approximately 30 minutes she was done. The treatment was almost painless and I have a single small bruise. Kat’s product knowledge is comforting and she is a placement expert!

I have now had a hydrofacial and a Perfect Peel with Liberty and am officially hooked. The BioSpa facility is undeniably professional, clean, and high end. I did a lot of price research before choosing Liberty because I am new to the area and wanted to understand the pricing in Newport. BioSpa is extremely fairly priced, and their services are exceptional. They also have great products there too, so I was able to get a facial and some products all in one spot. Can’t wait to go back. The name says it all - makes you feel like you’re at a spa while getting medical-grade treatments.

I feel like after having 3 kids, my body started changing and my underarms would start sweating more than usual. Even on cold days when I'm wearing a sweater or need to prepare for a presentation, my shirt would be drenched. I would always have to wear black to hide it. I knew about the MiraDry treatment when it was first FDA approved. Never found the time to do it. As I had more opportunity to do corporate presentations, I wanted to dress for success and not always wear black clothing. I rarely wore light color clothing or silk material because you can see the sweat in my shirt. 

So, I decided look on Yelp and found BioSpa. They are one of the few in Orange County that offers MiraDry. Nurse, Shakiba was awesome. I also met with Dr. Horowitz before I started treatment. I called the office on Monday AM, and went in the afternoon for the treatment. They were running a Black Friday special so I got $200 off, plus a $50 discount for Yelp check in. My nurse was awesome. Super friendly and walked through the entire procedure. 

Dr. Horowitz also came in and met with me. I would have suggested that they do a sweat test first before they do the procedure. They didn't offer to do it on me but now I wished they did so they can see where I have most of the sweat glands. (Most of my sweat glands were burned off except on the outer edges of my armpit.) The most painful part was the lidocaine injections. After like 5 injections, your arm starts to get numb. Once all injections are in, the laser was piece of cake. Super fast and didn't hurt. 

Afterwards, I felt fine and was able to drive home 2 hours later. Just iced my armpits every hour for 30 minutes. Most swollen was day 2. Then showed some bruising from the lidocaine injections. Iced more on day 2 and by day 3, swelling went down but my armpits were still lumpy and sore. That sore feeling just feels like sore muscles from exercising. I took a 6 day break from doing hot yoga. On day 6th, I went back to doing hot yoga with weights. I was sweating profusely everywhere except my armpits. It was awesome. MiraDry worked. 2nd week after my treatment, no more sore muscles, no more lumpy armpits and no more sweat! I recommended the treatment to my sister, and she also booked with BioSpa.

Carly is the best. I’ve been going to her for almost 2 years. She’s done my botox and fillers! The office is beautiful and the staff is so welcoming and I wound highly recommend anyone of the staff members.

BioSpa truly puts you first. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a warm smile and told Carly would be with me shortly. In my consultation it quickly became clear that Carly was not only very experienced in different non-invasive body contouring options, but recommended a combo treatment to reduce not only the size, but tighten my skin that was sagging around my calves. She did not pressure me and spent so much time answering my questions. She even followed up with a warm email the same day to see if I had any questions. To top it off the consultation is free, so if nothing else get knowledge before making any decision from an RN nurse whose goal is to exceed her clients expectations. Plus, Carly is so down to earth that you feel as if you have known her all your life.
I had my first of three treatments recommended with VelaShape III and UltraShape Power, which are some of the most advanced treatments on the market. The treatments were relaxing and I left feeling energy in my lower legs. I made sure I drank plenty of water beforehand and walked as recommended.
