The first hurt much more than I had expected, but over the next few months, I saw a huge change. The small amount of stubborn fat I have always had went away. I was bruised and swollen after, and def needed a day or two off to lay around. The second treatment I did not feel anything, which is odd compared to how much the first one hurt. My stomach is flat now and I do not gain weight in this area. I would only suggest this if you are active and only need to tone as that is what its designed for. If you are looking to remove a lot of fat, I would look at something else.
