Hello paintarainbow,
Thanks for your question. Yes there are ways for you to acheive your end goal. First step would be to find out why your right lower eyelid looks like that and is the right eye bulging. An imaging scan could be done if the eye measurements are off. This can be determined on examination. Sometimes underlying thyroid disease can cause this. If there are no underlying orbital causes then a simple eyelid procedure could fix the problem. Seek out an expert oculoplastic surgeon to have this discussion. Hope this helps.

Hello sociable7975,
It not necessary to do this procedure under general anesthesia. Using light IV sedation is sufficient. Of course this will depend on may factors which would need to be discussed with your surgeon. My suggestion is to becareful doing this kind of procedure under straight local without IV sedation.
Hope this helps.

Hello leanneF,
It is not unusual from lower eyelid blepharoplasty to heal 3-5 months sometimes. As long as it is not interfering with your vision or eyeball it is smart to wait with conservative management by your surgeon If it is interfering with your vision or eyeball then corrective procedures are available, but comes with risks. You will need to discuss this with your surgeon. Hope this helps.
Cheers.
Hello mklein0428,
It is hard to se your picture clearly because I canmt see your eyes to see the whole picture. However, The general answer is yes you can have your brows balanced out with botox. There needs to be a detailed discussion with your injector to understand the reasonable outcome and risks. My suggestion is to seek out an expert oculoplastic surgeon to have this discussion. Hope this helps.

Hello i_mi96,
Thank you for the question. The answer will depend on what exactly is the outcome you are trying to achieve. I do see space between the eyebrow and the lashes that is more visable on the second picture. Your eyes in the first picture looks beautiful. The second picture is a bit hard to decipher. There does appear to be a a very small droop on the second picture not present on the first. If this in fact is how your eyes are most of the time, a small surgery can correct that droop along with removal of a small amount of skin. This could raise your eyelids and make them less smaller ("swollen") and get rid of the excess skin. Rebalancing your eyes is achievable but at a cost. As with any plastic surgery, there are risks and for what you want to achieve, there are small risks associated that you must be informed about. My suggestion is to seek out an expert oculoplastic surgeon to have this discussion and treatment plan to help you. Hope this helps.
