Your round eyes, although not that significant, could be caused by swelling or surgical positioning of the angles of your eyelid. Hard to tell without an examine. Yes it is resolvable. It can be corrected if it doesn’t completely improve 90 days after surgery. A simple surgery can correct it. This is one of the common problems that can occur from lower eyelid surgery. Based on m6 experience the outcome is good. Most of the healing of lower eyelid surgery can take 90 days so have patience. My suggestion is to have this discussion with your surgeon or an expert Oculoplastic surgeon, Hope this helps.

Great question. For your wrinkle concern under your lower eyelid, microneedling, maybe subtle botox or very light peel may help. For the dark circle and hollowness, a subtle hyaluronic acid filler could help. Regarding your downward slant, this is best corrected surgically. Botox will not help this. A simple procedure will raise your lids to re position them nicely. My suggestion is to seek out an expert oculoplastic surgeon to have this discussion. Hope this helps.
