Great questions! As we get older our bodies produce less collagen and elastin. In fact, we start to break down collagen faster than our bodies can regenerate it, and for this reason, I prefer regenerative treatment as opposed to temporary fixes. For your concerns, I would suggest starting with a regenerative filler such as hyperdiluted Radiesse, and a nan-fractional skin resurfacing treatment such as Venus Viva RF microneedling. This combination will boost collagen, fibrin, and elastin production, it will tighten the skin, and improve the overall skin tone and texture.
