If you're reading this, obviously you're considering have a little nip/tuck. This is my testimony (after things are settling nicely) I now wanted to share my journey. First let me tell you about my husband, while he's wonderful and always supportive, ladies, please take their discouragement with a grain of salt. My husband would (several times a week) make comments that I didn't need to do anything else, and I was perfect the way I am. HOWEVER, post-op, he follows me around the house taking videos and pictures of me, with comments of praise. So, take that as you will. Dr. Feledy and his team are fantastic. While this isn't my first cosmetic rodeo, I knew what to expect and wanted to give a review after some time had passed. So here we go. Several years ago I considered having a breast reduction and my breast doctor highly recommended Dr. Feledy. They shared how many breast patients would go to him for reconstructive surgeries and they had seen the "after" photos. They raved about his work. Therefore after all the positive remarks by several of the ladies at my doctor's office, how could I not check him out? When I went in, he measured my breast and during my consultation, I mentioned having a tummy tuck. The great thing about Dr. Feledy is that he didn't try to "up-sell" me on an unnecessary surgery. Realizing my breast are symmetrical and still perky (for a woman near 50) I decided not to address that, but perhaps do a tummy tuck. After being told the surgery center was in Maryland, I opted to stay local (which was a nightmare in many ways). Needless to say, I went with another doctor. After several infections, wound care, etc... I healed with some scares. After a couple years, I went back to revisit a 3rd BBL and 360 Lipo. This time, I really wanted to use this doctor that I had heard so many terrific things about. From my first interaction, Celest in the front office was extremely pleasant, Cindy (my Nurse) was amazing and incredibly kind, Naomi (the money lady... LOL) does an awesome job coordinating everything, and scheduled appointments for my convenience. Ann is the Manager, and is super sweet! Everyone on staff is awesome and took excellent care of me. Now, let's get into the Doctor. To say he's a perfectionist is an understatement. Dr. Feledy took his time with me to address all of my concerns. He's not only a great doctor, but he's truly an artist. Before going into the operating room I joked with him that I wanted ALL of my fat that I had worked so hard for, injected, I didn't want to waste any. And when I got up and came too, I was looking like Cardi B, or Nicki Minaj. To be honest, in looking at Dr. Feledy's page, I wasn't sure if he could sculpt a "minority booty" (or boom-boom, as he calls it). Nevertheless, I decided to take a chance. My oh my, am I glad I did. Again, this isn't my first time having cosmetic surgery, but let me tell you, this was the absolute BEST experience and results I've had. My surgery was Sept 14th @ 10 am in 2023. I initially went in (and paid for) a 360 Lipo and woke up with a six-pack. Yes Honey! At 52 yrs old, he had sculpted a six-pack. He took the fat, and put it ALL in my butt. Knowing how valuable the fat is, I sleep on my stomach, and sit on a BBL pillow, still to this day. Remember when I said I had an infection (from another doctor's work)? Well, it left scars from my tummy tuck from left to right, dog ears on both right and left hip, it wasn't cute. BUT Dr. Feledy fixed it. Everything is flat, smooth, and curvaceous! While I still wear my faja, my six-pack looks phenomenal and my boom-boom still has volume. Dr Feledy really slimmed down my waist, removed some back fat, and just did a remarkable job! His bedside manner is wonderful and I just love, love, love him!!! His talent is unmatched in this area, and I've had surgery with a top doctor in Chicago on Michigan Ave. While my doctor there was awesome, after having a horrible experience in Fredericksburg (before Dr. Feledy) I had thought about flying back there for the surgery. But with Covid concerns, I decided not to, and again remembered the wonderful referrals that had been given to me by my breast doctor. Post-Op was great! Dr. Feledy was always available, and I could talk to him at any time. Fast forward to my healing... I went to Medical Massage in Fredericksburg (for my lymphatic drainage massage) and this is when I KNEW I had made the right choice. Because I had had work done before, the ladies there knew me. And just like now, I went there for my post-op massages. But this time when they saw me (3 different ladies who would work on me as my massage team) all said: 1. Did Feledy do this? 2. This must have been Feledy, I love his work-you can always "tell" his patients from the rest. 3. This is Feledy, I know his work anywhere, in fact I'm going to him to have some work done in 3 weeks. He's the best....... After hearing all of this, it was confirmation that I had finally found the right doctor for me, all any future needs, I felt confident that he was my doctor from here on out. Listen, I can't tell you what to do, who to select, or that you'll have the same experience. But what I CAN tell you is that he (Dr. Feledy) is completely underrated. He should charge WAY more, and his office could easily stand next to top cosmetic doctors in Beverly Hills, Chicago, New York, Miami, or overseas. So before you book at ticket, take a drive up the street. Doctor Feledy is an absolute artist and he takes great pride in perfecting his patients. In fact, my butt is settling a tish (very slightly) higher on one side then the other and Dr. Feledy told me he'd be happy to correct once everything fully settles. He's amazing, and stands behind his work. I truly can't say enough about this doctor and is staff. Gotta Go! Here comes my husband again with his phone trying to take another picture. LOL...
I could not recommend this place enough. From my consultation to the day of my procedure, Dr. Feledy and his team made me feel comfortable about the entire process. Phenominal! After careful consideration and research, I choose Dr. Feledy for a complete mommy makeover. Intially, I just wanted a breast augmentation. However, after our consultation, I felt confident to proceed with my vision of a new body. As an athelete and an organic food conscious mom, I resided to the fact that my body goals were not going to be acheived by my best efforts of a healthy lifestyle. The cost of the procedure, the down time and the pain were all factors in my decision. The staff at Belmont held my hand before, during and after my procedures. My procedures were a full abdominolplasty, lipo of my flanks, breast augmentation with a lift. I am estactic with the results of my procedures and my confidence is restored on how I feel in my own skin. I trusted Dr. Feledy to choose my implant size on the table because it was difficult for me to envision my new body. He ensured that we both understood my goals on the look of what I wanted to achieve. My body is proportionate and the perfect hour glass figure. My wardrobe shopping has been taken to a new level. Dr. Feledy does impressive surgery. I am three months post-op tummy tuck and have started seeing many new changes. I was nervous about getting it done; after seeing many surgeons, including Dominica Republic, which was not for me. I then decided to have my TT in the USA, close to my home. I asked my primary care for a recommendation of surgeons, and she gave me two surgeons' names in my area. The first did not impress me; the second made me comfortable. The office staff was also excellent. After seeing several surgeons, he was the first to explain and mark my body so that I could see where I would have the scar and explained the procedure to me in detail. I was comfortable and ready for my TT. The surgery had been planned, and everything went as planned. Recovery was the hardest for the first two weeks. Three months later, I am seeing results. I have a flat abdomen, everything is in the correct place, my belly button is right, and my scar is not showing; they are right where I can wear a bikini without anyone seeing my scar. I am happier than ever. My results are excellent. Choosing Belmont Plastic Surgery for my mommy makeover surgery was perhaps the best decision I've made in my life. I spent three years researching and consulting with numerous surgeons, but felt there was always something lacking until I met Dr. Feledy. I knew I'd arrived in the right location the instant I met Naomi. Naomi was incredibly kind and considerate, taking the time to get to know me and what I was aiming for prior to my initial consultation. My experience with Dr. Feledy and everyone at Belmont was great! I am 6 months out from having a full tummy tuck will liposuction 360 and fat transfer to my booty. I am absolutely loving my results. Would and have recommended friends and family for sure.
Absolutely amazing! Hes a perfectionist, so you will get perfection if you book with him. He will give you what you ask for...unless he can't. And the only possible reason he wouldn't give you what you ask for is because he has something better in mind. I was on the fence for awhile about getting my breast augmentation. I am 34 years old and have had 4 children. My youngest just turned two. I had a tummy tuck, liposuction of flanks and thighs, fat transfer to my buttocks, and breast augmentation with lift. I couldn’t be happier. Dr. Feledy cares about his patients, I feel so blessed to have found him through a friend. I am 5 months post op and already feel like I have my pre-baby body back. I breastfed all of my children, so the breast augmentation with lift was very important, the extra skin that I had from all of my pregnancies is gone and it looks great. Dr. Feledy was the best surgeon I have ever had an experience with. He helped and made sure you understand what he was going to do and what he expected you to do before and after surgery. Before going into a 5 hour surgery Dr. Feledy and his full staff made you feel so comfortable and that was very important. I am 60 years of age and a surgery that long can really stress you out. He has very high standards for himself and the work he does and he certainly lives up to them. I am so excited to have picked Dr. Feledy to do my surgery and hope and will choose him for future adjustments.
Thank you for your question. There have not been any studies regarding the efficacy of 'postoperative compression garments'. Nonetheless, they are widely used - and I do not know a single body contouring physician who does not use them. The value is controlling postoperative swelling. The garments are placed to provide external compression and allow the skin to compress against the underlying tissue, and this process helps minimize the presence of excess seroma fluid. Over time, there has been a 'development' of stage 1, stage 2, stage 3, etc. I see my coordinators using these terms. I think the benefit is that there is attention to how a particular patient is responding to the swelling, and taking care to monitor their progress. I do not believe that a particular garment will make or break your result, however, it may make the process a little smoother getting there. Best of luck! Hello. Thank you for your question. Your photos indicate that you have a very good starting point for a mommy makeover - Liposuction/BBL and Breast Augmentation/Mastopexy. You have a natural shape to your torso and buttock regions. Liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, and peributtock regions will result in a nice contour and harvest of fat. Liposuction of the inner thighs and knee regions will definitely help increase the volume. I believe that you will have enough harvested fat to transfer to the buttock regions nicely. Your photo shows that you have sloping breasts and are missing volume especially upper pole volume. The breasts have laxity. It is possible that a breast lift could be performed without adding an implant but you would have smaller breasts. It is also possible that fat grafting from the abdomen to the breasts could be performed. But if you wish for fuller, perkier breasts, realistically an implant is required for adding volume. I believe that you would get the best result with the following: at surgery, an implant is placed first. The size of the implant would be based upon your chest and body measurements, and then modified by your preferences- such as breasts that are slightly larger or slightly more moderate. Then the breast lift is performed. The excess skin would need to be reduced and tailored so the nipple-areola is centered over the implant. The areolae would be made smaller. Lastly, I recommend an in-person consultation. Depending on the discussion, chaperoned examination, and the final recommendations, you will receive a written estimate. Best of luck! Hello. Thank you for your question. Your photos indicate that you have a very good starting point for your BBL. You have a natural shape to your torso and buttock regions. Liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, and peributtock regions will result in a nice contour and harvest of fat. You seem to carry some volume of fat in your thighs, so liposuction of the inner thighs and anterior regions will definitely help increase the volume. I believe that you will get close to 2000 cc, maybe not exactly, but this can be transferred to the buttock regions nicely. Best of luck! Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) is a chronic skin disease which causes painful, boil-like lumps that form under the skin. The lumps in HS form because of blockages of the hair follicles. The blocked hair follicles trap bacteria, which leads to inflammation and rupture. HS usually affects areas where the skin rubs together, such as your armpits and groin. The lumps become inflamed and painful. They often break open, causing abscesses that drain fluid and pus. As the abscesses heal, they can cause scarring of the skin. HS has mild, moderate, and severe forms. As you note above, you have had a good response to Clavaris. The qualifications for you are the following: 1. there would have to be no evidence of HS actively going on; 2. you would be placed on prophylactic antibiotics pre and post surgery; 3. you would have to know the risks that HS could flare up at any time.
