CLAIM YOUR PROFILEI had a coolmini 6 weeks ago and so far there is no difference in my double chin. Im 50 years old and inherited the chin fat. I will go for a follow up visit soon to see what they think of the results. At this point I'm not convinced that this procedure works at all. This was my 50th birthday present so its a little disappointing.
Sam is one of the rudest Managers I have ever known for any business. I attended their open house where I got a Free Laser Hand Treatment because I brought 2 friends with me and I paid $75 deposit for Botox which they made me reschedule for a later date. The day of my appt they charged me an additional $75 because they said I refused the Botox the night of the event. They are liars and are the ones who was NOT doing Botox that night and said I would have to make another appointment. I do not recommend this location to anyone. And the Manager Sam is so rude that she will not even talk to me about this and said she is not giving me the $75 back that her staff deserved it will not be calling me to discuss. See attached flyer. No where does it say I have to pay 2 different $75 fees.
