I’m not new to cosmetic surgery but this was the proceedure that terrified me the most; what if it goes wrong and I can’t have sex or ever orgasm again?!? I got a tear in my eye on the train in for the surgery thinking ‘what am I doing?! My vaginas not THAT bad’?! But, I’d got a really good feeling chatting to Dr Bader during consultation, he was calm and didn’t hurry or rush, and really took time answering my inane questions and helping me understand what treatments I actually needed (labia trimming, clitoral hood shortening and tightening of the labia majora).

Waking up from surgery I was just glad to be alive. Then glad I could still wee (this reaaaaaally hurt though and I was scared that might be forever) then glad I could just about walk. All the pain was managed by the pain killers but when they started wearing off I was desperate for the next lot. This lasted about 3 days. All through this time my vagina looked god damn awful (but much less dangly)! Like an axe wound, oozing. I misunderstood the washing instructions and didn’t wash for a week, it felt too sore to be honest and I couldn’t bear to touch it. So at my follow up I got told I really needed to wash it and Dr Bader demonstrated that I could be quite firm with cleaning and it wouldn’t all come undone. Which was my concern.

Healing was fairly straightforward. Had to get an angry stitch removed as it caused a little hole. This was all sorted super quick for me. The uncomfortableness lasted a while and sitting for periods of time was not good, I was glad I had lots of time off work. Every day it looked healthier and healthier and I am just so delighted with my prefect little vagina now. I was very self conscious before and now I’m so confident about what’s between my legs. Genuinely it’s made my orgasms much better and quicker, too which was a bonus I was not expecting! But I spose there was quite a lot of pointless skin just getting in the way, before, now it’s just all the necessary bits!

Very good team and I’m really pleased and would definitely recommend Dr Bader for your cosmetic vagina surgery.

I honestly cannot recommend Dr Bader enough to anyone. He’s quite literally changed my life. Before my surgery i used to feel so insecure, and i’d been to a few consultations but the moment i met Dr Bader i knew i’d met the best surgeon for me. He really listened to my worries and concerns and understood me.

He explained everything so thoroughly, and the whole process from beginning to end was so smooth. This was my first time having anything like this done; but the whole team including Penny made me feel so comfortable and she was on hand 24/7 for any little question and she’d message me back straight away.

As for the results; they have been amazing and i couldn’t have wished for better. Dr Bader really gave me the look i wanted and sorted out the areas which really bothered me, Dr Bader is a really talented surgeon and i would highly recommend to anyone thinking about having this type of surgery done. I wish i’d have done it sooner!

My surgery and recovery went remarkably well without any pain or complications. Only a few weeks after, I started the laser bleaching treatment. The results of my surgery and laser bleaching are amazing and far exceed my expectations. I’m over the moon with the whole transformation!

As soon as you walk into the clinic, you receive the warmest greetings from Dr Bader’s medical advisor and assistant Penny and Kleo...They are so lovely, positive, kind and caring! Kleo kept me really calm before and all the way through every appointment. Penny has been available for any advice at anytime since day one. The care and support I received from her particularly on my operation day was second to none!

I spent a very long time considering whether or not to have this procedure done and after considerable research I felt confident I had made the right decision to go ahead with the surgery with Mr Bader. Being a doctor myself, I was aware of the complications and therefore I wanted to ensure I was having the procedure done with the right surgeon for me. Mr Bader had glowing reviews with excellent results and I felt completely confident in my choice. The initial consultation was very professional and he spent time going through my questions . I was welcomed by all the team members who were so kind throughout. The operation itself went smoothly and Mr Baders assistant Penny was so comforting and her kindness was very reassuring. Over the following few weeks the healing process was as expected without any complications. Penny was always available if I needed to check anything with her. Writing this now 5 weeks post surgery the results are amazing and I am so thankful I had the courage to go through with it! For anyone considering this procedure I really couldn’t recommend Mr Bader and his team more highly. Go for it girl!

Girls in the UK - do not look further than Dr Bader. Not only is he a great doctor/surgeon but the duty of care from his team of staff is second to none. From start to finish they take the most amazing care of you, make you feel comfortable & do not pressure you to go through with anything.
tNothing was ever too much of an ask when going through my thoughts/needs/worries and post-op I was able to contact his medical advisor, Penny, at any time (even late evenings) with my questions regarding my recovery. The photos on his website speak for themselves & I think his chosen method definitely allows for an easier recovery! My experience overall was 10/10 & it’s literally changed my life.

I thought I would write an up dated review as it has been 2 years since I had surgery with Dr Alex Bader. The surgery I had was Virginal tightening with Labiaplasty and clitoral hood lifting.
The reason I had this was after two difficult vaginal births, I was feeling and looking very different in that area. Sexually I had lost my confidence, mainly because I was not feeling anything much at all during intercourse. Moreover I had lost volume in my labia,  the elasticity had gone and I was looking saggy. All these plagued me for quite a few years.  After a divorce and then finding someone special it was on getting to the point I was pretty stressed when we had sex. I thought about it, I searched to find a surgeon with skills whom I can trust. I booked with Dr Bader, I went for the surgery and I have never looked back. 2 years already since then and I can say with confidence that It has given me my life back. Simply I feel so much happy. 
I want to thank Dr Bader and his entire team. I was treated with such a professional way from the moment I picked up the phone to book a consultation, the consultation itself and from there going to the surgery and ending with the follow up. I could feel how passionate were all of them with their job. They have made my journey easy.

I can't recommend more Dr Bader and his clinic staff. Doctor Bader is very professional and amazing in his job. After a very bad natural birth which I had for my 2nd child, I felt that the area was really destroyed. I spent 2 years before taking the decision to search and find the best surgeon i could trust. Dr. Bader was recommended to me by one of my friends who had the same problem and had the surgery done with Dr Bader. My main problem was the sexual life change as I had loss of sensation. The out part of my vagina was also damaged from the birth. Dr Bader recommended Vaginoplasty and perineoplasty. 9 months after the surgery and I feel amazing. My vagina feels tight and I also stopped leaking when I go to the gym.

My experience with Dr Bader was absolutely excellent and I am very satisfied with the results so far. It took me a little while to decide which surgeon I was going to let perform this surgery, so can I just say that one of the things that nearly deterred me was lack of reviews, I could not find many, but based on the other research that I did and not seeing any bad reviews, I eventually decided to go with Dr Bader and I am really glad that I did. I had several procedures which was Vaginal Tightening, Labiaplasty and Labia Majora fat transfer, I did not know what to expect post op recovery but I have to say it was no where near the pain I was expecting, I felt ok with walking around the house the very next day and had virtually no pain and no bleeding at all. Although I was given painkillers I stopped taking these after a couple of days, the only minor discomfort that I felt was around my tummy area where fat was drawn from the belly button. I will say to anyone considering this type of operation that Dr Bader is the best and please do follow pre and post op instructions fully, its been one week since the operation and I have to say I feel wonderful, although I have been advised to avoid lifting and heavy exercise, it is ok to walk and I did about 1 mile walk today and yesterday and was told that is fine. So again post op recovery instructions are very important and do take care of yourself and follow instructions to a T. I also believe that Dr Bader is unique in his technique and an expert in this field I think that is one of the reasons why recovery has gone so wonderfully well.

I've been trying to contact them for 8 months now without any luck...i had already 2 surgeries with them 1st with dr.Maria second with dr.Alex but im not happy at all...stay away they only here to take ur money...they re not professionals...2 years of struggle with them still can't get in touch with dr.Alex...they will ignore u ! Stay away !!!
