There are no photos to look at here but assuming you have excess drooping skin in the neck area with visible jowl fullness the answer is simple....you need a facelift/necklift and possibly some submental (under the chin) neck liposuction. I do all these procedures in my certified office operating room with oral sedation and local anesthesia. This is the absolute safest approach and the easiest recovery without compromising the result. The local anesthesia with epinepherine markedly cuts back on the bleeding and makes the operation much quicker and easier. The lack of bleeding also lessens the post-operative swelling and black and blue and makes recovery much easier and shorter. The same extensive facelift with SMAS sewing that I did with general anesthesia for 20 years is done.... only better and safer by this anesthesia method. The oral sedation makes you totally comfortable through the entire procedure. An excellent and NATURAL looking face and neck lift is completed in just over 2 hours. Most patient take one pain pill and then just some tylenol and do fine. You are out walking and back to working in three days and sutures are all out at 10-12 days. After 30 years and almost 2500 facelifts we have a very comfortable process for taking off the years that is reliable, effective, natural looking, and long lasting. There are other methods out there to try for a sagging neck but to date none accomplish anything near what a good facelift does........except usually disappoint.
