A For sure a sub-nasal (bull-horn) lip lift would properly shorten the space between your lip and nose.
You are also a good candidate for a dermal-fat graft of tissue from the supra pubic area to the lips. This would add permanent fullness to your lips using your own natural tissue. I invented and popularized this procedure 30 years ago. Artificial implants in thin lips are a disaster and fillers give good results but must be often repeated. Your own tissue is safe , fully accepted , and at least 50% stays permanently for an excellent result. I have many patients who 20 years later still have noticeably fuller lips.
So my recommendation is a sub-nasal lip lift and a dermal-fat graft procedure
