Told me to 'F***' off back to my country of origin and refused to schedule or refund me for 2 services I had purchased when I called to make my appointment!!! I purchased a deal for a friend and I, that we had been emailed - my friend being a regular customer of this establishment. I called to book this service and left a voicemail yesterday. That call was not returned so I followed up today. The woman that answered the phone was extremely rude from the outset, put me on hold suddenly and without warning in the middle of our conversation, made several disparaging and derogatory remarks throughout our short interlude, and then (when after one too many insulting comments to me I asked to cancel the purchases) told me that I was a stuck up B**** and should to F*** off back to England, then hung up on me. When I called back to complain via a different number, and request a refund of the services I had already paid for the same woman refused to let me speak to anyone else AND refused to refund my purchases. Her exact response was F you - you can deal with your bank and yes I do hope it inconveniences you, and then she hung up on me again for a 2nd time. Appalling service. Although now I see from the comments I am not alone in having received. That'll teach me not to view yelp first.
