I want to share my experience with Dr Svitalana Blesko. I have been suffering with severe hair loss , went to Astra to have my consultation with Dr.Svitlana, she recommended me topical prescription serum and PRP treatment. She was seeing me every month, getting me a proper vitamins and supplements for my hair with PRP treatment. I had been suffering from melasma for 3 months when I visited Dr Svitlana at Astra Medicare. My melasma treatment started with Chemical peeling. Dr Svitlana explained the entire process and what-to-expect after the treatment before starting it. She is very knowledgeable, in fact the best doctor I have met so far. Through out the experience she kept checking on me if I was feeling comfortable. Even a couple of days after the treatment, when she was away on vacation she followed up on me. This clearly shows how she goes above and beyond to provide treatment to her patients. Her guidance is not only limited to the treatment, she also advised me on general skincare tips, which are extremely effective. Now, I am going through Mesotherapy treatment with her and I feel myself lucky to be in such capable hands. I would highly recommend Dr Svitlana and Astra Medicare for the humane and quality service they provide. This is a place where the patients are treated as friends and with qualitative authentic advise.

Dr. Kumar does my Botox injections and I returned to see him at Astra Medicare to have a little lip fill. After being sufficiently numbed, Dr. Kumar used his skill and technique to plump my lips. He used Stylage and mostly focused in the centre of my mouth. There was absolutely zero bruising and I had no discomfort during or after the procedure. Dr. Kumar really is skilled with the needle and makes it as comfortable as possible. I also appreciate Dr. Kumar’s detailed charting and recording of volumes and placement so that we are sure never to overfill and to always keep the most natural look - an excellent approach to avoid any overfilling and over injecting. It is a short distance from the Brampton GO station As per Provincial Guidelines, Co-Vid screening and contact tracing is in place. Masks are also required to enter. As a further precaution, all staff at Astra are tested daily using rapid antigen testing and hospital-grade sanitization methods are used after each service. Inside Astra, I admired the bright space beautifully decorated in Tiffany blue and silver with crystals - it’s so elegant and very clean!! Astra offers many services using different technologies so there are a number of different rooms spread over four floors, depending on which treatment or service that you’re receiving. Astra Medicare offers a long list of medical aesthetic treatments, IV and nutritional therapies, massage therapy, skincare, body contouring and their service list is continuing to grow. Astra is offering the latest and greatest to their clientele and I’m excited to return. Updated on 16 Jan 2022: Botox was injected into my forehead, for the horizontal lines and also dealt with my frown lines and then some in my crow’s feet. It’s clear to me that the good doctor has given his fair share of injections (of all kinds) and knows how to handle a needle and cannula with great expertise. …. I felt absolutely nothing. It makes such a difference being able to relax through the process. So, this is a process and I’m happy to be in the trusted hands of Dr. Kumar and Astra Medicare.
