I am a mother of 3, 43 YO, 5'6, currently 126 pounds, and fairly active. I breastfed all my babies for over 3 years total, and while I loved it and wouldn't change a thing, it is time to seriously consider BI. ...

A: Sorry to hear about that bad timing. As long as there is no ongoing infection you should be good to go for your breast augmentation.
A: Thanks for the question and the photos. The implants are in a high position. When I place implants in a sub muscular position, I keep them too high in anticipation that they will drop over the first few months. Be patient. You are only 5 weeks out. They will be in a better position within the next few months.
A: Hreat question. This is called Xeroform gauze. It is petroleum based which means it is supposed to be easy to remove without sticking to the skin. However, this has dried out and is now sticking to the skin. I highly doubt anyone sutured this down. With time the gauze will dislodge. I don’t believe it would be a cause for infection.
A: Thanks for the question. Liposuction will take months for the swelling to revolve. Usuallly there will be areas of firmness that migrate to different areas. If you had bruising of the flanks initially than I would guess they had liposuction performed. Just try to be patient and let the healing process occur.
A: Thanks for the question. It's a bit difficult to tell from the picture but it appears to be a hematoma. This needs to be monitored closely by a board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!
