Dr. Cohen For the Win - BA and Mini Tummy Tuck

I started researching for BA and solutions for my C-Section muffin top in 2020, but my youngest was a bit too young for me to start, plus...... Covid. So I waited until I could be sure my youngest could climb in and out of her carseat before proceeding. During this time I did research and interviewed a handful of docs. Dr. Cohen was the best. He was friendly and not creepy, involved his female...

Q: Mommy makeover - what is the best way to get upper breast volume back, and to correct my asymmetry? (Photo)
Answered by Dr. CohenApril 25, 2024

A: I would do a breast augmentation under the muscle dual plane with a nice breast lift and a tummy tuck. This is a common procedure that I perform. Best to be in the best of health and not on any meds that can cause bleeding (aspirin...etc). Go to a board certified plastic surgeon who performs many of these procedure. You should do great! Good luck, Andrew Cohen

Q: Am I bottoming out? 4 years post op with lingering discomfort (photos)
Answered by Dr. CohenMarch 20, 2024

A: I don't see bottoming out. Skin can stretch over time. Skin is elastic due to large implants. If you are having pain... an ultrasound or MRI can help detect any issues. Best to ask your board certified plastic surgeon for advice. Good luck, Andrew Cohen

Q: Am I a good candidate for a mini arm lift? (photo)
Answered by Dr. CohenMarch 20, 2024

A: Mini arm lift- mini results. Full arm lift ....full results and happy patient. Seems to be a lot of skin . the more skin i remove the better results will be. Best to see a board certified plastic surgeon .

Q: Belly button appearance post 6 years after tummy tuck - What can be done? (photo)
Answered by Dr. CohenMarch 20, 2024

A: tough case. I would offer a scar revision . the scar would be superiorly from 3:00 to 9:00 to remove a little skin and help give more definition. It would be a minimal improvement in my opinion. Best to see a board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck, Andrew Cohen, MD

Q: Chin implant size & style - is this size correct & will it change the front of my face? (Photos)
Answered by Dr. CohenMarch 20, 2024

A: Hard to say with the pics you are showing. Best to be seen in person with a board certified plastic surgeon who can show you good pics and maybe image your face. Best of luck Andrew Cohen
