A: I would do a breast augmentation under the muscle dual plane with a nice breast lift and a tummy tuck. This is a common procedure that I perform. Best to be in the best of health and not on any meds that can cause bleeding (aspirin...etc). Go to a board certified plastic surgeon who performs many of these procedure. You should do great! A: Mini arm lift- mini results. Full arm lift ....full results and happy patient. Seems to be a lot of skin . the more skin i remove the better results will be. Best to see a board certified plastic surgeon .
