It would be very helpful if you posted photos prior to the surgery, it is most likely you had asimetry in your breasts. With the photos we will see if this is the case. In terms of size, as the swelling goes away (1 to 2 months) you will see the final size you have. Its probable you need a surgery revision. 

I recommend you a medium depth peel to remove the spots and improve the texture of the skin, and a lipoinyeccion with micro fatty grafts to restore the volume lost in the middle third of your face. 

You look very young, but with a little saggy neck, that increased with the lipo you had. 

Considering you look fine, my recommendation in your case, is to postpone surgical procedures for when you get older.  For now, I would recommend a few sessions of Ulthera, while it is time to operate.

Definitely you need a surgical option. In your photo it is difficult to appreciate the degree of sagging you have in your abdomen. You can send a picture tightening your abdomen between your fingers to define if a lipo would be enough or if you need an Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck).

It is difficult to evaluate your case looking at your pictures, but it seems that Liposcupture will be the best option to achieve a flat abdomen, accentuate your waist and eliminate fat from your back.
