Dr. Nease Transformed My Experience – Skilled, Caring, and Results-Driven!

I’m so grateful for Dr. Nease! My first experience with a different doctor didn’t go well, and I ended up needing a revision. Then I met Dr. Nease, and right away, I had a feeling he was going to be amazing. He’s incredibly skilled, highly experienced, and professional, but what really stands out is his positive energy. He’s kind, down-to-earth, and instantly makes you feel comfortable—like you’re talking to a friend. The revision was smooth and honestly even kind of fun. My recovery was minimal, quick, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He truly saved me! Thank you so much, Dr. Nease. If you’re looking for a talented doctor to enhance your beauty, he’s the one!

Does a great job of prepping patients for the procedure

I am 5 days post my full abdomen/waist/flanks + skin tightening procedure. Everyone at AirSculpt has been lovely. Dr. Nease and Nurse Sophia, who performed my procedure, were especially terrific. They were great about checking in with me and explaining what was happening during the procedure. They even catered to my music preference! The procedure itself was pretty painless - I've had worse trips to the dentist! Once the lidocaine (used to numb/reduce pain) from the procedure wore off that evening, I did have some mild pain, but this was remedied by the ibuprofen I was prescribed. The first two days post procedure are indeed rather messy, as the lidocaine leaks out. The garment and padding that is required to be worn for two weeks post procedure are not best look and a bit uncomfortable, but I've found the right mix of clothing so that the padding is not obvious. I feel that AirSculpt does a great job of prepping patients for the procedure regarding expectations, results, medications, and the post-op process. I am still pretty bruised and swollen, and immediate results should not be expected (though I do think I already see some!) I'll be patient until the 3 month mark, when the results should be evident and will post again then.

Fantastic Experience and Results

I could not be happier with my experience with AirSculpt Miami. The entire process was clear and seamless. The office is clean, modern and beautiful. The staff, the nurses and Dr. Chopra were fantastic. I am only 1 week out but I can already tell that the results are going to be fabulous.

Expensive, but Worth It for ME.

My surgery was done by Dr Eva Grohmann in the Miami clinic, October 2023. Firstly, I want to express how happy I am with my result. If you are considering some kind of BBL or Lipo procedure, this is no doubt the most expensive option you can find. I could have paid for a regular BBL 3 x over for the same money, this is why my review is not 5*. That being said, I choose to spend the extra money for the peace of mind that came with staying awake and the fact that I did not have enough fat to make a traditional BBL worth the risk. The surgery was relatively painless for me, they give you a couple of medications beforehand, and offer you music choices to make you comfortable. The surgeon and staff engage in chit-chat during the procedure, and everyone was super friendly. The surgeon won't see you at the post-surgery check-ups (it will be the nurses instead) which wasn't an issue for me because I didn't have any problems. My recovery was not hard, I went back to work after 3 days, sleeping on my stomach for 6 weeks and using the special cushion when sitting was the hardest part. What I'm most pleased with is the Lipo and the sculpting that was done on my back and waist, there was not a huge amount of fat, so I opted to put most of it into my hips, which helped create an hourglass figure. The back sculpting also makes my butt look bigger by default! I did Airsculpt + as I was worried about skin laxity on my stomach, I was told this would continue to improve over time, however I can't say that this was worth the investment. In hindsight I wouldn't have done Airsculpt + and I would try another skin tightening method instead. Airsculpt won't give you a dramatic result like a traditional BBL, but I love my new shape, and I feel like the hard work I put in a the gym can be seen now!

The Future of Cosmetic Procedures

This is a fantastic, top-notch facility and group of serious doctors. Each person with Airsculpt Miami contributed to a positive experience with great results. I would, without hesitation, recommend this procedure and provider. This represents the future of how people young, middle-aged, and seniors, can approach looking great with natural results that don't present unnecessary risks. I will hopefully continue to work with this group for future needs and would consider investing in this company. Best outcome I could have hoped for so far and will be back to recommend and receive more services.

Truly sculpted my body

Was totally worth it zero down time and Dr Eva Grohmann was excellent gave me excellent advice and did an amazing job. She truly sculpted my body. The pain is minimal I was able to move around after the procedure and I am 5 days post op back to work and following the instructions bruising stiffness and sore areas but totally worth it Updated on 5 May 2023: I’m 5 days post op still swollen but my results which are far from the final product are already amazing can’t wait to see what 1 month would look like. I am wearing my compression garment daily and can’t wait for the 1 week mark not taking any more pain meds and walking daily. First few days following surgery you have to eat because the medication makes you feel awful so I plan to start dieting next week now that I am done with the course of medication. Definitely worth it

Breast Fat Transfer

More painful then I expected but still better then a traditional breast surgery

The fat transfer from the stomach to the breasts produced great results! It was more painful then i expected but still a better recovery then a traditional breast surgery. Halima was very helpful, supportive, and reliable. The doctor was intelligent and knew what she was doing to sculpt my body best with realistic expectations of how it would look.

An Elite (Wink) Experience

I had the best experience at Elite. Not only is the location beautiful (really classic and clean look) but the doctors, nurses and staff were all amazing. So kind, reassuring, and present. Every question I had was answered before I could ask it. They let me choose the music and constantly made sure I was ok and felt comfortable. It was honestly an elite (pun intended) experience. ALSO, the aftermath… I’ve felt more pain from being sore after working out. Legitimately amazing.

Age 45, 1 day post-op AirSculpt - so far, so very good

I am one day out and feeling pretty good. I don't have pictures yet because I have to wear my garment for 48 hours. I researched this procedure for a long time. Exercises and CoolSculpting didn't work for me. After 45, your body fat takes on a stubborn mind of its own. So I went for it. I was incredibly nervous about the procedure. But once they gave me the demerol (Honestly, that was the most painful part- but its two seconds) and oral pain medication- I was fine. I zoned out to my music. The first part is when the dr fills you up with fluid and lidocaine. I didn't know if he was doing the surgery or what- I was out of it and didn't care at that point. I could feel the sensation of something moving under my skin, but it wasn't painful and I just stayed in my med zone and relaxed. Then you have to lay there for about 15 minutes for the lidocaine and fluid to sit while the nurse is with you. All was well. The nurse I had was very friendly and kept everything calm. Dr comes back and begins the suction part of the surgery. You have to turn this way and that way- but again, I was so zoned- I didn't care and didn't feel a thing. Even though I was awake, I wasn't really in the mood to chat-- so some parts were quiet- which was nice. I didn't believe the no pain claim that I saw on their site.I blocked a whole week off of work. I had Lipo 20 years ago on my outer thighs. The weeks after hurt more than childbirth. But it did work well and lasted a long time, so I figure I would give this a shot. Might as well at this point. So I put it in my mind that it was going to be painful, but I would get through it. However, I am totally surprised that I am not in excruciating pain. I don't know if the lidocaine hasn't worn off or what, but I am only taking the Tylenol 800mg. I am really sad I didn't do my legs because I thought the pain would be intolerable. I am leaking from the incisions, a lot. That is a good thing! More of that fluid out --means less swelling staying in. Be prepared for that on the drive home, in bed, clothes you wear at home and around for the next few days. It's flowing out of all of the incisions. I am very swollen, but see my waist is a bit smaller. I'll post pictures when I remove my garment to shower. ( Hope this helps the community here. I''m sharing my experience bc other's sharing have helped me.)
