AirSculpt also performs fat transfers, skin tightening, and cellulite removal.

Excellent Service

My abdomen and back rolls procedure was done a week ago with Dr. Crawford. The entire process from consultation to the post op visit was wonderful. The staff is beyond courteous and Dr. Crawford's bedside manner is A1. I would highly recommend AirSculpt of Charlotte to anyone!

100% Worth It! Just Do It!!!

I had Airsculpt on my arms in Charlotte, NC on July 6th with Doctor Perkins. I had only done an over the phone consultation before showing up for surgery. I was very nervous but ready to get it over with. I have a metal plate in my elbow so I was unable to do the Airsculpt+ and was very worried about sagging skin… I had recently just lost 45 pounds and my arms were still big. My arms have always been too big for my body and I never wore shirts that showed my arms. When I showed up Doctor Perkins was quick to markup my arms and tell me my skin was going to be okay and he was not worried about loose skin. When I say my results are amazing!!! I can’t express it!! My actual broad shoulders are gone and my arms are more than half the size they were. When I out the same shirts I used to wear before the surgery on now they fit normal now… no tightness around the sleeves and shoulders… I really wish I would have done this along time ago! I’m almost 40 and just had it done! I went my whole life hiding my arms!! I’m only leaving this review because I was one of those skeptical people and have never done anything on my body before. I’m 3 months out and amazed! They are better than I was expecting … I was happy with just a small difference, my arms are so small now… they are tight and no loose skin! Just do it!! I promise it will be worth it! I finally have the arms I’ve always wanted and would never be able to get without this! The shoulders getting smaller I had no idea was a thing with airscuplt but it really is! I was told Doctor Perkins was the arm guy and he doesn’t just do the bottom arm, he goes all around and into the shoulder. All I’m saying is just go for it! Don’t be scared! I waited forever before deciding to pull the plug on doing it and I’m really regretting not doing it way sooner! My follow-up appointment is in a week and I plan on posting my before & after photos from them after. Details on the procedure for the people wanting to know. I did all the research before my big day and read so many different experiences. The morning of: walked in, got undressed and into the operating outfit. Nurse took photos of my arms, doctor came in told me what my results would look like then market my arms and off I went. They gave me a few pills. A Xanax, pain pills and a nausea pill. Then the doctor comes in they give you laughing gas and surgery starts. I’ve never took laughing gas before but I asked the nurse before how hard I’m supposed to suck in and her exact words were “you’re paying for it, I’d have fun and suck the gas in”… lol which is exactly right. If you barely suck you feel really care free and just don’t care what’s going on. But oh boy if you take a big hit… it’s off to la la land… it got crazy for a minute for me and they actually took the laughing gas out my mouth and asked if I was okay, so I must of been looking crazy! Haha! But besides that one big hit I took, I was fine, it’s just really weird being able to hear them talk about their day while doing your procedure. The numbing they do to your arms makes it to where to can’t feel a thing. The machine makes a sound while sucking your fat out and you can feel him moving a wand up and down your arm but you just feel something, zero pain… once the doctors done sucking the fat out you will be a little out of it for a min but not bad… the nurse will show you your fat in a container. my 3 year old daughter came in with my mother afterward to get me and i was fine. Walked right out still in no pain. The nurse did explain I would be leaking fluids from the holes under my arm and gave me plenty of pads (literally period pads) to soak it up with. The recovery: Day of procedure: be prepared to go right to sleep once you get home. And try to replace your pads under your arms before going to sleep. Mine leaked through a little but only because I slept from 2pm till the next morning pretty much. I did not leak anymore after that first night. I kept the pads on for a few days just in case but never seen anymore fluid. I read people say it was so much, no it’s not. It’s literally a day or 2 and that’s all. After the first day it’s all pretty much out. My arms felt very tight and sore. Literally nothing horrible. I actually drove home from Charlotte, North Carolina to Savannah, Georgia the next morning after i slept a whole day away. The recovery is easy guys! Believe what they tell you! It sucks changing for about a week or so but it’s not bad. The only part that I didn’t like is how long your arms feel weird and heavy. And this is from the numbing they do to your arms. They just feel numb for along time. I’m 3 months out and while they finally are starting to feel normal I’m still a little numb. But I’ll take a little numb for how amazing they look. Oh and watch out for people tapping you on your arms to get your attention or something. Oh lord how a little tap hurts! Nothing else hurts beside a little tap on the arm. It’s crazy but that still hurts a little to this day but nothing like 2-6 weeks out. You forget how many people tap your arms till that crap hurts! lol! The way my arms looked through the process; Week 1: they are super swollen, black and blue so don’t freak out when you see them for the first time! You will not see a big difference if any the first time you sneak a peak. I actually didn’t really start loving my arms till about 2 months out. The swelling had finally gone down pretty much and I could feel a difference in my shirts. The only part that freaked me out is about 2 months out I had this horrible wrinkled skin under my arm.. looked like sagging skin oh I was worried because all along that’s all I worried about, how do you make my arms that much smaller and there not be loose skin? I contacted the doctor about this issue and they said this will go away this is part of the healing process. Well he was right, it’s completely gone now! So when you see this… don’t freak like I did… give it a few more weeks and your skin heals itself and it goes away. All in all I give it a 10/10 and only wrote this to make you not scared to move forward! If you have any questions at all feel free to message me and I’ll help explain my experience. I would have love to have someone to talk to before going in for mine. I’m actually looking at getting my stomach done now bc I’m over the moon with my arms! Good luck and go for it!!

AirSculpt

I had my AirSculpt procedures done at the Charlotte, NC office. The staff and Dr. Perkins were excellent, and all my questions were answered before the procedure. The atmosphere during the procedure was incredibly relaxing. My recovery time was within the two weeks as stated, and my results were exactly what I wanted.

Much Needed Arm Lipo

I came to AirSculpt for arm lipo plus tightening as I had struggled with the size of my arms for years. Despite exercise and dieting my arms were always larger in reference to my body. I’m so happy I did it! Literally years of trying to mask my arms with quarter sleeves and long sleeves and having to size up in tops to accommodate my arms, resolved in a short procedure. Dr. Perkins did a beautiful job, and the staff has been very helpful and responsive at every step.

A Dream Body

I had my AirSculpt 360, BBL, and hip flip done at AirSculpt in Charlotte, and I can honestly say the experience has been life-changing. From the very beginning, the entire team made me feel so comfortable and supported. Victoria, the patient concierge, is absolutely amazing—warm, knowledgeable, and always there when I had questions. Christine, the lead nurse, and Alana, one of the nurses who cared for me, were both incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. They truly made me feel safe and well cared for every step of the way. And Dr. Anthony Perkins… wow. His work speaks for itself. Not only is he a board-certified plastic surgeon, but he truly has an artist’s eye. I’m now three months post-op, and when I saw my before and after photos, I was blown away. I knew I’d been getting a lot of compliments since the procedure, but seeing the transformation side by side really showed me just how drastic—and beautiful—the results are. I genuinely feel like I have my dream body. I’m already considering coming back for more work because I’m so happy with the results. Thank you to the entire Charlotte AirSculpt team for giving me my confidence back. This experience has been everything I hoped for and more!
