Hi Good163277!
First of all I would like to say you look beautiful. :)
Yet I do think there is a preference for a V line shaped jawline these days not only in Korea but also in many other countries. I will try to answer your question the best as I can bc I cannot fully assess your face at the moment since I cannot see you in person. So there may be different recommendations if you go see a doctor in person.
Like you mentioned, I think you may be a bit too young to get Ultherapy. (Yet if you aim for different layers after looking with the ultrasound then some tightening for your dermis can also help with bringing out that more distinct jawline.) So there are several options you can consider.
1) Energy based devices (- there are many devices to choose from other than ultherapy like accent prime, inmode, Shrinck, thermage etc. ) - basically tightening your skin / 2) botox (you mentioned you got them on your masseter m., but you can also consider it on your mentalis m. - bc when we say V line, the tip of your chin should be a bit more sharper. So getting mentalis m. botox can help with the small dimple on your chin and also by relaxing the mentalis it can make your chin look a bit more relaxed thus improving the tightness around the tip of your chin. 3) Also this is a option that many of my Korean patients like and they put a bit of chin filler at the very tip of your chin making a more distinct v lined shape of your whole face contour. 4) also we do a lot of thread lift. but in your case I would do a monothread on your face for a more tightened look.
So I recommend you to visit a physician for an in person consultation.
I hope this helped and good luck!
Also I'm thinking you can try something less invasive as well (like fractionated radiofrequency, also even consistent daily skincare could definitely help you since you are so young!)
