I am 30 year old female and live a 80/20 health lifestyle. I would consider my average weight to be around 145-155. I'm super active and am on my feet a lot for my various jobs, I work out 2-5 times a week. Let's be real...I'm always looking for the next step to a more contoured physique. I opted to set my appointments closer together because I had planned on heavily photodocumenting. I set my appointments up as follows: May 7th, 9th, 14th, and 16th. Immediately after my first appointment my core felt tighter. I noticed visible developing muscle 48 hours after.
