DISHONEST AND UNKIND!!!! I've never written a review, but this post is too important to disregard. I gave myself time to think and pray about how to handle this particular situation with this business owner. Pam, the owner of Aesthetic Assets should NOT be working with the public, or in a business trying to build people up and make them feel good! My cool-sculpting story:Cool-sculpting guarantee???? I am a 44 year old mom of 3, a fitness instructor, and work hard at eating right and keeping fit. I haven't changed my diet in over 4 years and have been struggling with extra weight. So, I decided to give cool-sculpting a shot. I purchased their cool-sculpting transformation package(NOT CHEAP), in which they GUARANTEE results if the patient stays within 3-5 pounds of their original weight. What would I have to loose? At the end of my transformation treatment, I was unsatisfied and did not see ANY results. I not only stayed within 2 pounds of my original weight, but did so during COVID. Once the practice was open, I made an appointment to speak about my Cool-sculpting results and to also use up my VIP credit(which I will speak about next) for some needed botox. When I arrived to my appointment (please note they DID NOT take my temperature or have me fill out a COVID questionnaire, as they have been telling everyone they would be doing.) I was brought to one of the rooms and Pam, the owner, entered in. From the moment Pam entered, she began to humiliate me by asking me questions regarding my dissatisfaction with the Cool-sculpting results. I started feeling disrespected, but then she took it to a whole other level. Pam looked at me and verbally accosted me by saying, verbatim, "You have [RS bleep] gained weight, you have just been eating!" She didn't care to uphold her guarantee at all! She BULLIED me and body shamed me! She didn't even ask me for my weight, which I found odd, and it would have proved I was within weight guidelines. She got out her computer and left the room. I then, followed her and asked to watch her compare my pictures. She then scolded me, "go back to my room". When Pam returned she didn't offer the guaranteed treatment instead she asked mecondescendingly, "what do you want?" At this point, after feeling humiliated, attacked and demeaned, I just wanted to LEAVE. I see now that Pam Andow at Aesthetic Assets is not only mean and hurtful, but dishonest to her patients when she advertises, GUARANTEE!!!Which brings me to my next point about Pam's dishonesty and unethical business..the VIP PROGRAM! This company will take anything they can without any moral compass. I say this because during my time there, I had accumulated 5 months of VIP DOLLAR credits, which I intended on using to pay for my Botox. Due to my previous experiences with Pam, and some observations I didn't agree with, I intended on canceling my VIP MEMBERSHIP. (a side note.... I had accumulated points/dollars on a platform called Brilliant Distinctions which is for ME personally, separate from AA) The day before my appointment they went INTO MY PERSONAL brilliant distinctions account without my awareness and without my permission to pay for the botox which I did NOT approve. In addition to this, they continued to charge my credit card the FULL $99 a month, all the while their business was closed for COVID. (*I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR VIP PROGRAM) I had over $400 to spend at this company. I didn't want to! I knew it was not a company I wanted anything to do with. My BOTOX experience with PAM.....I did not enjoy one minute of it. (and that was about the time she took to do it!) There was absolutely no care or regard for what she was doing. Also, I didn't notice the same results I previously experienced at Affiliated Dermatology(which I regretted leaving to give AA a shot) It was as if I was just a nuisance to Pam. I don't trust her. I seriously started thinking she was capable of not giving me the BOTOX I requested, or watering it down, or not the amount I ordered. I never had a good feeling working with her, or ever trusted her. Please heed my advice.... Stay away from this business! It breaks my heart to say this, because there are a few very kind employees there, but I hope they escape the wrath/unkind behaviors of Pam. BUYER BEWARE.
