Hello, Dr's developed hemosiderin staining on my neck from a V beam to treat some redness, what's best to treat this I have read up the Q switch laser-like PicoSure is the best but would appreciate any opinions on how best to treat this.
Posting another photo of my tattoo removal session I had performed over a month ago. I went to the dermatology clinic to ask the doctor if this was normal. He said it was and that it would heal, and that I may be a slower healer. It is driving me crazy because Ive never had redness last so long in my skin. Can redness be permanent?? The spots that are red were fully inked and the ink was gone after 1 session. I was told I was treated with high intensity but this machine is obviously powerful.
I recieved laser treatment two years ago on my face. They used a laser called Picosure to treat some acne scars that i had. Ever since the treatment my skin had never been the same. Its redenned now permanently aftet i recieved 5 sessions. It has a ruddy look about it. I want to try something to fix this but scared of going back for laser. Any thoughts? My skin is quite fair. After i had the laser treatment my face looked very very red.
I was just treated with PicoSure for a cafe au Lait macule on my face. I am applying Aquaphor and sunscreen every two hours. Other than slight redness what will I expect? Will a blister/scab form? What does the healing process look like with PicoSure?
I have my lazer surfacing at Hongkong 2,5 months agoby suing picosure.. .I posted a question regarding how to improve the situation that my skin is red and hurt and itching. the redness is sometime very serious and come and go. I called my Dr at hongkong. she looked at my pictures and saying it's result from too dry of my skin. May I ask what kind of hyperating product or serum you suggest in USA? my dr is not familar with USA product. I am very desperated now. thanks
I'm considering Picosure laser treatment for my face to help heal superficial scarring/scratches and redness caused by a Dermapen treatment. I can't afford to have anything else go wrong with my face and want to know if the heat could potentially melt fat like the nightmare experiences some have had with Thermage, Ultherapy and even Fractional laser. Thank you.
I have had three Picosure treatments a month apart for facial brown spots. After each treatment, there is redness, and very minor swelling and discomfort, which disappear within 48 hours. Contrary to other posts I have read, the brown spots do not get a coffee-ground appearance or flake off. In fact, other spots I did not notice before have become more visible. Should I persist with this treatment?
When I research PICO lasers and other peoples experiences and outcomes, it seems like there is quite a disparity between some people having virtually no down time-to other people having very red and scabbed over looking faces for many days after. I imagine that means the laser is at different intensities, but whats the difference? Is getting PICO where my face isnt red and scabby not as good and mean my results arent going to be as optimal? Why would someone have a scabbed face versus not?
