This patient was referred to us from other happy patients. She wanted to decrease the size of and sculpt her arms, front bra rolls, armpit, and buffalo hump. After a thorough in person consultation, we came up with a plan that would fulfill her desires. We performed PRECISION SCULPT laser and radiofrequency assisted powered liposuction. The procedure was achieved without the need of general anesthesia. Oral medication was given to calm any nerves. Complete local anesthesia was accomplished through tiny well hidden incisions. A smart laser micro-cannula was passed through the fat for full preparation. Multiple air powered three mm diameter and smaller cannulas were guided through the excess fat. The procedure was completed in about three hours. A custom compression garment with foam pads was immediately placed at the completion of the procedure. She was back exercising in two weeks. She sent these after photos while at the gym after two months of healing.

This is a young gentleman who came to us seeking better skin and a slimmer more sculpted mid and lower face as well as chin, neck, and jawline. Under local anesthesia and oral sedation pills we removed his buccal fat pads, sculpted away excess fat from the chin, neck, and jawline using PRECISION SCULPT, shrunk the lower jaw masseter muscles using the neurotoxin botox, and started him on a daily skin care routine. This is a lovely thin female who has undergone three sessions of fat transfer to the buttocks. She is shown four months after the third fat transfer. Each session amounted to about 200 cc of fat transferred to each buttock. There has been a significant fat retention with each session and this is likely due to the smaller fat transfer volumes and the smaller demands on the grafted tissue with each session. She also stayed off her buttocks for 3-4 months after each transfer. She has not gained weight in the after photo.
