Her chest wall deformity caused her breasts to take on a more square and underdeveloped shape. I did a breast augmentation creating more space under the breasts for the implants to round our her breasts giving them a more natural round shape. The implants were placed under her chest muscle to create a more natural shape as well.

I did a removal and replacement removing the old implants and capsules. I then placed the new silicone gel gummy bear SoftTouch implants in a new pocket under her chest muscle. I used a large size as she wanted more volume and shape.

Her left breast was also slightly lower so the pocket was adjusted to provide better symmetry. I used a silicone gel gummy bear full profile implant SoftTouch gel 415cc volume.

Before and after removal and replacement of breast implants. This patient had aging textured implants placed in the subglandular plane and had developed a capsular contracture. Her breast had sagged over the implant leading to a mismatch between the breast and implant. I did a full or complete capsulectomy removing her old textured implants and capsules. I made a separate pocket under her chest muscle, submuscular pocket, to place her new smooth round implants. She wanted a slightly larger size so we increased her volume by 80cc's. Her new implants should resist capsular contracture as submuscular implant have a lower capsular contracture rate. Her breasts and implants are perfectly aligned, soft, and non painful.

Before and after rapid recovery Mommy Breast Augmentation. This patient had mild ptosis or breast drooping (Grade I) and involutional changes in her breast after multiple pregnancies. In cases like this I use a dual plane technique placing the implant under the chest muscle and then making space above the muscle to allow the breast to slide up and perfectly align with the implant. I used a Silicone gel gummy bear extra full profile SoftTouch gel 340cc to give her the right amount of volume. The extra full profile help lift the breast.

Breast augmentation REVISION with internal bra. This patient had older implants that began to sit lower over time. Additionally she didn't like the fact that they moved sideways under her arms when she laid down. I did a revision replacing her old implants with the newest generation silicone gel gummy bear implants. I also revised her implant pockets placing sutures to close off space laterally and to raise her breast fold about 2 cm. I then reinforced the new pocket with a Galaflex internal bra to prevent the implants from going back down or bottoming out again. Her new implant sit much higher and don't move to the side when she lying down.
