    This is a 42 year old woman. With her plastic surgeon, Dr. Bivik Shah, the options for fat grafting to the buttock (Brazilian lift) and buttock implant augmentation were discussed. She decided to have buttock implants. Her after photos were taken 3 months after her surgery.
