53 Year Old African American Male- Revision Rhinoplasty

53 year old African American male who experienced 3 complications from a Primary Rhinoplasty in 2010 with another surgeon in 2010. Complications included: 1) drooping tip, 2) bulbous tip and, 3) irregular dorsal hump and bridge. Dr. Slupchynskyj performed revision rhinoplasty with complex reconstruction of the nasal tip utilizing cartilage shield and strut grafts, and sepal cartilage extension grafts. Dr. Slupchynksyj's custom implant, the SLUPimplant™, was placed to augment, even out and refine the patient's nasal bridge. Patient is 6 months post-surgery in the after photos.
