27 year old African American Female Rhinoplasty

27 year old African American female who complained of an amorphous nasal tip and a very low, undefined nasal bridge. She also desired nostrils with slightly less “flare”. Dr. Slupchynskyj raised her nasal bridge with a custom-carved SLUPImplant. He defined her bulbous nasal tip by removing excess fatty, fibrous tissue that contributed to the rounded shape. He bolstered the newly refined nasal tip using cartilage grafts. He slightly narrowed her nostrils using an intrasill wedge technique that decreases the horizontal aspect of nostril flare. She is shown before and 3 months after African American Rhinoplasty.
