Breast Implant Revision

This is a healthy, active female who had breast augmentation performed by another doctor.  The patient has breast drooping and also developed a severe bilateral capsular contracture.  The patient underwent a bilateral capsulectomy and breast implant exchange along bilateral breast lift.  The patient has a nice improvement of her breast contour.
