    Sex: Female Age: 38. Changes Desired: Two previous nasal surgeries. Straighten the dorsum, remove skin scarring and dimpling on the left side wall and smooth out irregularities. Outcome: Ear cartilage grafts and temporalis facia soft tissue grafting was used to achieve a much improved appearance.
